The kindness every single staff member has is unrivaled. Dr.Abel stayed late to help me with an emergency on our first ever visit and directed me where I needed to go for the best care when they were not equipped to handle it. I am forever grateful. Now, 7 years later, new pet. My dog never fears the vet because of just how much love and care they have for the pets.

I brought my cat in . They gave me a over $ 600 bill. They said if I could pay $154.00 for the rabies shot and checkup . That I wouldn't be charged for the checkup for her next appointment. They lied . They charged me. I refuse to return because they are liars and totally ignored me. Another senior told me he had an identical experience. Any good vets in the area. That care care the people, that care about their pets?

I've been bringing my dogs to Cats & Dogs Animal Hospital for almost 20 years. They are friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. We've had the most experience with Dr. Abel and she's absolutely wonderful! We've had great experiences with Dr. Perrault and Dr. Drury as well. I highly recommend them!

I can't say enough good things about this veterinary practice. They took amazing care of our family dog, seeing her through the end of her life and continue to care for my dog now. I have seen both Dr. Abel and Dr. Julia and I have always been so pleased with every visit. Dr. Abel got my dog on some supplements early on that I am truly convinced are the reason she acts like a puppy at 10 years old and Dr. Julia has been such a calming and proactive guide in navigating the issues that naturally come up as a dog ages. The care is so thorough and I never feel bad about calling as much as I need to if I have questions. The front desk staff greets my dog so kindly that she genuinely loves going to the vet. As far as she is concerned it's a fun time to see friends.

The front desk staff and vet techs here are very nice and capable, and I really like Dr. Perrault. This review is specifically for Dr. Truong. Go to her at your pet's risk! My diabetic dog had a hypoglycemic incident where he fainted, and my regular vet was too busy to get him in. I had never seen Dr. Truong before, but she was the only vet there available on short notice. She told me to pull him off of his insulin completely, because "high blood sugar is better than low". This made me nervous, but I complied because I didn't go to veterinary school- she did. Well, he almost immediately went into diabetic keto acidosis, and almost died! I had to have him hospitalized for days to save him, costing him pain, us both immense stress, and me THOUSANDS of dollars! I read up on it later, and you are NEVER supposed to pull a pet completely off of insulin! I would have been better off following Google advice than a licensed veterinarian! Ridiculous! This woman has NO business treating fragile/critical patients! She might be OK to give your pet a vaccination, but that's about it! One star for Dr. "Almost Death" Truong, Never going back there!
