If you want your dog to be in good hands and actually be cared for the way you described for them to be, do not come here. My dog had TPLO surgery 2 weeks before we dropped him off. He had strict care instructions and we told them many times that he has to be walked with his help- me -up harness just for them to deliver him to us without a leash and without holding onto his harness. They first give us the wrong bed so he was obviously not in the correct crate and then we were told that he was also let out with other dogs when he was not supposed to have any contact with other dogs. For these people to be a "medical boarding " place they do not listen. We told them many times and even called and checked just to make sure that they were doing the correct thing. Obviously they do not listen so I would recommend any other place but this one. My dog was freshly two weeks off of surgery and was not supposed to be walking at all, but apparently that means nothing to them. Before we took him in he was in perfect health to be 2 weeks out of surgery. He has an appointment coming up and if anything is remotely wrong it will be there solely fault.
