Cannot say enough wonderful things! Dr Kiddell and all the staff have been so amazing! Everyine took time to really listens d then to explain everything in such a transparent and compassionate way. They even took the time to call just to check on how things are going. Professional. Kind. Compassionate Clean facility. would not want to take our babies anywhere else!

It was the first time I was truly happy with a vet experience. Every staff member was kind, gentle, and very caring. Our doctor, Edward, took the time to thoroughly examine our pet and made sure they felt comfortable and not scared during the visit. What I appreciated the most was that they never tried to push unnecessary tests or treatments on us. You can really tell they genuinely care about the animals. Overall, it was such a positive experience, and I’m very grateful for their kindness and professionalism.

Had a great time working with the staff here. I had a short window to get my Dogs Health certificate for boating to bahamas. They expedited me in and helped get all of my forms ready and took great care of my dog! Highly recommended for caring staff. And also no a chain. Love supporting local!

Dr. Tak is the best veterinarian I’ve ever met. I usually don’t like bringing my dog to the vet unless it’s truly necessary, so trusting someone with my dog’s care is a big deal for me. Dr. Tak earned that trust completely. She carefully explained every detail about how she would proceed with anesthesia, blood tests, and each step of the process. She always provides full information—not just part of it—which gave me so much confidence and peace of mind. By far, she is one of the best veterinarians I’ve seen in the USA.
