We had a little emergency with our dog so we did not have an appointment, they were able to accommodate us anyways, which we are so grateful for. The staff was great and the doctor explained everything and even showed my husband and I what to feel for. The price for the visit was better than I expected especially for our dog being given a shot, and 3 medications! We cannot thank everyone there enough :)

I have two Cane Corsos (Gucci and Prada), and I always get nervous taking them to the vet. This was my first time with them, and I can say that from the very beginning, the administrative staff, like the vet's assistant and the vet himself, did a great job with my dogs. I realized they know how to handle the temperament of a large dog, and the assistant drew blood from my dogs so quickly they didn't even notice. 100% recommended.

Dr Hightman and his staff are the best! I have been taking my pets to his clinic for more than 15 years. They treat you like family and ensure that your pets are given the best care. Dr Hightman’s holistic approach is unbelievable and extraordinary!

I had a bad experience with the disgusting lady who is at the reception which is very annoying that they discriminate against you for not speaking the language well and it is not my fault that she is having a bad day for which her job is to provide customer service and be kind the problems of the house they stay at home at work you must be another better person she shouted and threw my phone when I put the translator it is disgusting a lady already elderly behaving like a teenager
