Was a few mins late for an appointment and sent me and my dog out. Even recommended I go to another vet. I called another place and they were excited to have us. Bizarre experience when you spend thousands a year with a business.

WORST SERVICE - just adopted a kitten they lure you in with FREE physical exam then you ask them few concerns about your cat given its my first kitten and without telling you that these are additional services the vet takes your pet and the nurse walks you thru the bill!!!
The staff and support people are very nice. But unfortunately I cannot recommend Bond Vet. The problem with Bond Vet is threefold. First their vets lack experience. One of the vets at this branch just graduated from vet school in June. Experience is everything with vets. The second and more serious problem is that there is limited continuity of care. The vets cycle in and out. The third is expense. Despite the forgoing, they charge top dollar. All vets are expensive, so get the best. Obtain an experienced vet. If you have to travel, travel. Call a cab. Over time it will be easier on your animal and you will save money.
Recently moved from NC to NYC this past winter. I was stressed out trying to find a new vet after moving but Dr. Jimenez and Dr. Lee have been so helpful with this transition from southern pup to a city boy. The entire staff has been so sweet and so accommodating. Love them!
Read on GoogleBond Vet-Chelsea rates not 5, but 100 stars. The entire team is stellar, warm, caring and understanding. Sophia at reception is welcoming and and professional. Liz and Maria, the vet techs, and Dr. Lee are patient and willing to go above and beyond. After Vlad's surgery, Christie gave thorough after-care instructions. What a team!
