Staff was amazing. I brought my corgi in here Summer 2025 with bloody vomiting. They were the closest vets able to see me at 11:45pm at night and get in to a room, where he started having liquid bloody diarhhea. He couldn't keep food or water down. I was so scared seeing him fade in front of me - it was one of the worst nights of my life and I thought I was going to lose my 4 year old corgi and best friend. They triaged him quickly, got him stabilized, kept me updated while he was in the back getting stabilized, cleaned up so much vomit and blood red diarrhea for me, and even brought me tons of pee pads to cover basically half of the room so I could lay on the floor with him and not be cold. It was an all-female staff when I went in, and I just felt seen and taken care of. I mean, I was crying and panicked and so worried and they were definitely very level headed and stable and not panicking which helped me a lot. They helped stabilize my boy and I only paid about $1000 for everything (thankfully I have pet insurance), including xrays and bloodwork, after being there for nearly 4 hours. I'm so grateful they were able to see and help my baby. I'm sure your mileage may vary depending who's on staff, but in an emergency situation I appreciate the no-fuss, down-to-business attitude towards triaging and stabilizing. Dr Mariah Watson was my vet, and she was so kind and explained so much to me.
