front desk staff are incredibly rude and insensitive. the main vet doesn't know what he's talking about. it's like these people don't even care about animals. do not come here.

We absolutely love Dr.Johnson! He's been so wonderful & kind to us and all our fur babies. He's always extremely supportive, thoughtful and thorough. We currently have two of our kitties with him (transferred from a vet we had several bad experiences with) & our bring our 3rd + a new puppy in later this month to get in for routine care. He's the bestest! He even gave us his personal # so we could reach out outside of appointment for any concerns. Thank you Dr.Johnson & staff for being super stars !

Dr. Johnson and his staff have been so gracious, kind, and, with me, aware of my concerns about adopting a senior dog and giving him the best life possible. I could not have done it with one of those franchise vets, as Dr. Johnson has the experience and understanding of whatever concern you and your pet are going through. Jora was extremely helpful in the process of getting my new cat in. She was able to set me up with an appointment that worked around my time frame and I am looking forward to having my cat Leopold go there for all his dietary needs. The cost was very reasonable and Jora was incredibly friendly and answered all my questions in an efficient and timely manner. Thanks for all the hard work yall do, it goes without saying that it is appreciated beyond what words can express! :)

Caring is what Birdneck Hospital is all about. Super friendly and professional staff. Have been taking my babies here for over ten years, happy cats! Dr. Johnson is patient, gentle, and explains everything. Great parking, easy appointments, good location for me. Immaculate premises.
