Dr Kia did a wonderful spay surgery and sent me a thoughtful text when done. I love the convenience of their booking portal, and I've found the staff to be responsive and helpful. My only wish would be for routine titer tests to prevent over vaccination... Titers are offered here, but they're quite expensive and not geared for pet owners trying to check for immunity levels before receiving a booster.

Dr. Nassi is highly knowledgeable, he is caring and honest and answers all questions and goes thoroughly over diagnostics and all concerns. He is an excellent Dr. and his staff is also kind and professional. We have had multiple dogs in his care through the years and recently he took great care of our little Maltese for his surgical procedures. We are so grateful to have the expert care of Dr. Nassi and his professional clinic and staff.

I am writing this review to thank the reception staff, and especially Dr. Nassi, for being extremely kind, helpful, and compassionate during a very stressful situation. My brother in law had recently moved to Canada, and his dog fell sick while still in the U.S. I was trying to figure out how to get the dog safely to Canada given his medical condition, and I called several clinics for guidance. Most places required an appointment just to answer basic questions, which made the situation even more stressful. Dr. Nassi was kind enough to explain that if we were driving the dog to Canada, we did not need a medical certificate, which meant we did not have to wait for an appointment or go through a lengthy certification process. The clinic also reviewed and validated the rabies certificate over email without charging us. As someone who does not own a dog and was trying to handle this on behalf of my brother in law, I was feeling very overwhelmed. Dr. Nassi really helped us understand the right path forward and made it possible for us to get the dog back to his owner. I am extremely thankful for the kindness and support we received. I started taking my kitty to this clinic earlier this year, and the experience has been wonderful. Dr. Kia is excellent — very caring, compassionate, and highly skilled. My kitty is older and has CKD, and recently he took extra time with her, made an accurate diagnosis, and helped her recover very quickly. I highly recommend him.
