Updating this review, nearly 3 years later in 2026. I can say in all honesty that I have been going to BPC since 2020 and have been 100% happy. I can get appointments quickly when needed, and communication is quick over email and text. Dr. Woo and the staff were really kind and compassionate when we had to euthanize our dog recently. I recommend Dr. Woo and BPC to all my friends and neighbors.

Dr. Woo and staff have been great advocates for our pups. We have been bringing our 3 dogs for over about 2 years. I'm grateful for Dr. Woo's honesty and we haven't had any issues but when I come in with a problem, they are all addressed and remedied. The techs and staff are very good with communication. The dental cleaning here is pleasant as well. She's knowledgeable about different breeds, genetic issues, preventative care, dietary issues, etc. I have no doubt and concerns on whether I am getting proper and excellent care.

Idk about this place tbh it's a bit scammy... my Aunt has been going there for couple years and recently we tried booking an appt for her dog since her eye seems a bit irritated anyways I tried calling and was on hold for a long period of time and texting them they don't even respond.

Just wanted to share my experience with Beverly Pet Clinic ~ thank you so much for everything you've done for Milo! The staff here are wonderful and making an appointment is easy. Milo recently had surgery due to an accidental injury and a little over a month afterwards he's walking normally and is back to himself! He's also had his dental work done here and his teeth look great. Communication is great which I appreciate and his records are always up to date. They also accept insurance :)
