Best Friends Animal Hospital

I just had the most amazing experience here! Id been going to a neighborhood vet I could walk to in less than 5 minutes for years. Sadly, the vet retired and sold his business. Approx 1 year ago I brought my dog into the same clinic with now new owners and it was horrible start to finish. Gruff greating from front desk staff, the vet handling of my fur baby was also not reassuring. My dog tried to bite her and she's never done that. I was there cuz I thought she had an ear infection. The vet claimed to have viewed bacteria on a slide from an ear wax sample and said the only way to cure it was using their antibiotics to the tune of $175. She also tried to sell me a special diet cuz my dog was "over weight". Needless to say, I cleaned my dog's ears out and there was never any further concerns. Def more interested in your money than your pet. This was NOT true with these guys. My dog was handled gently during a very thorough exam and recommendations were made that were reasonable and not at all car salesman pushy. Thank you so much for caring - start to finish

I've been bringing my dogs to this clinic for about a year, and I really like their honest, straight-to-the-point approach to veterinary medicine. Yesterday, I unfortunately had to lay one of my dogs to rest. I didn't realize they have a little room in the back, where everything is quiet and decorated like a home. The staff seemed to genuinely love my little guy who needed to find his way over the rainbow bridge. Because I've had a lot of dogs in my day, I've had to put a lot of dogs to sleep. This is honestly the most peaceful death one of mine has ever experienced and I am ever so grateful.

We have several dogs and we take them to Best Friends. The staff is compassionate and they take time to learn the reason for any visits. The doctors are knowledgeable and caring. When possible, they offer us multiple treatment options and follow up with us to see how our clan is doing after our visits. We have had many vets as we’ve moved across the valley and we really appreciate Best Friends and Drs. Brady and Shaw.

Best Friends is such an amazing vet clinic. They helped me with both of my elderly cats and end of life services. They are so compassionate also very affordable. A huge thank you to the staff.

Dr Bradley is the reason we come here. Shes wonderful! Maggie is patiently waiting to see her.
