The staff is very friendly. Great online technology. The chat feature is very helpful. Able to upload medical records and schedule an appointment. Lola, my 10-year old Maltipoo loves Dr. Park. She's known her since she was 13 weeks. After the appointment, I received a text message with a link that summarized Lola's appointment. Excellent quality hospital and very clean. Great prices.

Today was my first visit with my dog for an Xray and ultrasound. Everyone was great. The front desk team was very friendly and Dr Park was very attentive and took the time to explain the results and treatment options. I love the fact they have diagnostic testing on site, makes for a very convenient option, and I found the cost to be reasonable and even cheaper than what other places quoted me. Thank you, team Berkley for taking such good care of my boy.
Would recommend for vet services! I have taken my dog to Berkley Pet Hospital for two separate treatments (ear infection and dental surgery/extractions), and I found the care to be high-quality and fairly priced. They are very communicative via text/chat in the lead-up and after. I specifically chose Berkley because I wanted a fair price for the dental surgery, and, while it was still significant, they gave me options throughout and were able to work within our budget.
Read on GoogleThis place used to be my baby's go to. It's close to where I live, the doctors I met were nice and caring. Not anymore. After telling me my cat would need x ray and then ultrasound, Dr Park rushed me out of the room. $1000 procedure and no follow up phone call. They used to call you back after every checkup. Also one of my cat's nipple was bleeding after the ultrasound. I know it's inevitable but it would be nice to hear "we are sorry" . They are all about money now. I don't know what they can offer. Poor customer service, unfriendly doctor/owner, weird messaging portal are all reasons why I'm looking for a new primary vet.
