Stay away. Misdiagnosed my pet, had they done a thorough exam or actually looked at her they world have come across the issue easily. Instead they order and charge us for arbitrary tests and ignore the issue completely, and actually tell us not to treat what was wrong trying to say it was a joint issue. After a week of her symptoms getting worse we got a second opinion who not only instantly saw the issue but was able to treat it same day and she instantly started showing improvement. They wouldn't call me back, after over 10 days still haven't sent the second vet get records but wanted his 24 hours later and they refuse to admit they were wrong, made mistakes or are willing to take any kind of accountability. Seems like they are only interested in money not treating your loved pets. They are exotic all right, exotically unprofessional. Save your time money and unneeded pets suffering and find a different vet!

I cannot recommend this vet / animal clinic enough. Particularly Dr. Driggers and team have so much empathy and care for our little friends that you don’t often see in the world. My wife likes to say “I’m pretty sure Dr. Driggers invented rabbits” with how knowledgable he was on our pet bun. The whole team was always so supportive and enthusiastic every time we brought her for boarding or regular checkups. I have so many positive feelings for them a review doesn’t do justice but if you want a group that cares, you’re in good hands here.

My baby tortoise was breathing funny so I called for an appointment. I emailed a video to them to make sure it was not an emergency. They replied right away and were very reassuring. We saw them the next morning. They explained the breathing pattern and gave me valuable tips on habitat. It was clear they are not only knowledgeable but love animals.

they're the only people i trust with my animals. i have 2 guinea pigs and 2 rabbits and every time they are always phenomenal! i've had to have 3 emergency visits between the 4 of them and they've always gotten me in asap and explained everything thoroughly! i seriously can't recommend them enough

I am incredibly thank for Dr. Driggers, Dr. McFarland, and the vet techs. I have taken in my two bunnies a handful of times and each time they were treated with kindness and care. I didn't feel like I was another client to get in/out the door, and they clearly saw my bunnies as more than "just rabbits" - they saw them as family members. They worked with me to help provide the best care. Even when both of my bunnies suddenly passed, the doctors and entire staff was nothing but compassionate.
