Art City Vets & Urgent Care

My cat, Molly is a new patient at Art City Vets. Both the staff and Dr. Aller were courteous, professional and knowledgeable about what Molly needed. There was no pressure to have additional tests done or to purchase anything, which I have sometimes encountered at other practices. I'm looking forward to working with Art City Vets for all Molly's future care. Aside from Dr. Aller who exceeded my expectations, his assistant for our visit whose name I unfortunately forgot was great with Molly and me. Front desk staff were welcoming as well. I have no doubt anyone we encounter going forward will work together to make Molly's experience there the best a vet visit can be:)

This place is amazing, from reception to follow up. I felt that my pet's needs were met with care and excellent professionalism! The entire visit put my mind at ease and relieved my stress and my dog's! I highly recommend Art City Vets & Urgent care! Vet Laura and the Tech working with her, tech, can't remember her name, but I remember she's in school and had such a Zen energy that my Chow Chow responded well to! Highly recommend and can't praise them enough! The reception and check out was smooth and the staff was kind & courteous. Everything!!!!

ACV has really impressed me with their bedside manner. Our dog Falkor passed away at ACV in Nov '24 and their team was so lovely and respectful. That will always be an impactful moment for me. Like Falkor, my dog Nano has been going there since we moved to the area in 2020. And I rescued another dog Helga, who is also a patient with ACV now. She's actually had to have urgent and sudden surgery in the last week and everyone at ACV has been so kind, patient, and informative. I don't feel "extra" asking all the questions I have or providing detailed information as a worried pet mom. Thanks to the ACV team for being A+ wonderful human beings first and foremost. Extra thanks to Dr. Carmellini who has been so on top of Helga's care.

We've been going to Art City for years. The staff take the time to get to know our pets and their health and are always willing to answer questions. We've always been given transparent information with options, and never coerced into getting an exam or procedure done. That type of informed consent is the distinction between this practice and others where it just feels like the vets are trying to upcharge. And especially in recent years, their prices have been really competitive. The cost of an urgent care visit is especially reasonable--not a whole lot more than a regular visit. Doctors Zemanian, Glantz, and Carmellini have all been wonderful recently--helping us understand and navigate various health concerns between our dogs and cat. And I can't say enough nice things about the front desk staff and techs. We really appreciate how warm, caring, patient, and gentle with our pets they always are. This makes the experience much less scary for them.
