Our dog is patient here Very difficult to communicate with office. Long hold times on the phone disrespectful of my time. Also they don't call in prescription to pharmacy so it's difficult to refill prescription.

I brought in my 3 year old pup bc she had a non productive cough and was not acting her usual energetic self. They ran blood work, noticed her WBC count was elevated and did X-rays which showed she had a lot of gunk in her lungs & assumed it was pneumonia. Not sure if they checked for valley fever, I was not told anything about it besides that it could be something to consider. So they kept her a few hours, gave her fluids, gave her oxygen and antibiotics. When I picked her up, it was closing time & they seemed super rushed to get everyone out and did not explain fully what they did in there aside from the above. That night I picked her up I knew something was off. My baby girl breathing worsened, she was breathing quick shallow breathes and stayed that way for the next couple days until she passed @ 2am 8/6/2026. Staff was nice, but I think the vet Dr. Cal should have checked for valley fever or other things aside pneumonia bc my puppy came back worse then how I left her that fateful Monday 8/3/2026. I'm not a vet so I put my trust into them, & I do not believe they treated my 3 years old accurately. They were nice overall.

The best vet I've ever been to and this will be our vet for life. Outstanding customer service. Genuine, kind and helpful. Have saved me thousands of dollars with affordable options and by really listening to what you have to say and taking a genuine interest in your pet. They are also SO fast with prescriptions and have a texting line which is incredible. 10/10 can't say enough good things about this place.

Dr Velazquez, Judy, Mya and the whole team from Arkvets took very good care of my cat. He is a huge cat with long hair and had lots of mats which was causing him uncomfort plus I’m sure he got super hot in the heat. They gave him a sedated groom and left a mohawk on top. He looks super cool with booties and the mohawk. He should be much happier and cooler without all the hair and mats. I am grateful for the services of ArkVets. They have also treated our dog a couple times when she was sick and took good care of her also.

ArkVets is incredible! My furbaby, Roux began coming to the central Phoenix location after she was attacked by an off leash dog. Dr. Shea was so kind, calm and gentle with Roux. She made a very traumatic experience far less hard on the both of us. We now exclusively see Dr. Shea and Roux LOVES her visits. She’s become so excited to see both Doc and Chandler. The way they engage with her (and even play with her) during her visit is just unmatched. So very impressed and would recommend ArkVets to anyone looking for the highest level of care for their furbabies.
