I went in with my cat who was straining to poop and couldn’t move his tail. Was sent home with a $450 vet bill, no answers, and an unauthorized vial of eyedrops on the bill. Techs were talking about lunch the whole time I was there and walking around shoeless. Unprofessional and a seeming lack of care, knowledge, compassion, and empathy

I love these people. They have done incredibly well by us for years, for many pets with complicated health conditions, including multiple passings of elderly pets, and have always been friendly and understanding. They have always been reasonable and fair about costs, and we've had to get some relatively expensive procedures and surgeries done over the years. I appreciate them more than I can ever say.

I used animal medical center for at least 7 years. Overall, I would say the service was good. We did the monthly plan and for the most part, they fit me in when I needed something. Recently, my dog experienced a pretty significant medical episode and I felt they were less than accommodating. Asking me to wait 2-3 days for check ups/tests/scheduling procedures. Ultimately, we moved our care somewhere else that was able to perform all check ups and tests the first day we saw them. So that made me think what I was asking was not unreasonable. If you're looking for pretty basic care and a monthly plan- this is the place for you. If you're looking for more individualized, responsive, and thorough care- I would look elsewhere.

Growing up, this is where we brought our pets for their entire life. I've started going now with my own pet and it is still an incredible place. Highly recommend.
