Horrible experience!! My dog was seen for a tumor on his stomach, and was told that he needed FNA Cytology. After that, I was told to immediately schedule surgery with surgeon there at the office to remove tumor. Surgeon called me after the surgery had started and told me that he could not complete the surgery and referred me to find a more advanced practice to help my dog. I was still required to pay for IV Catheter, presurgical profile, meds and injection during the process that left my dog in worse shape than before. The surgeon would not waive these costs, and now I'm stuck paying over $500. This should not be allowed. It's like a scam!! My dog has passed away and I wished I had not ever brought him here!!

I always have a good experience here and everyone is friendly. You can tell that they all love animals.

They are absolutely amazing there extremely polite answer all my questions and concerns and they did amazing with my dog who can be a bit hard to handle. He is a three-year-old German Shepherd. I would definitely recommend them every day.

I drive 1.5 hrs so my dog can have the best care. He is so good with my dog and easy to talk with about my concerns for her health. I trust him with my baby girl!!

Staff were caring and thoughtful. Our pets' needs were of utmost importance. We were kept informed the entire time we were there. The estimated expense was presented at the beginning of the visit so there were no surprises. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of service we received.
