Animal Emergency Room

This place was the most affordable place I found in San Antonio. They were so quick very friendly, quick to assess the situation. If anything happens I will be going back because service was great. Juanita showed and explained everything well and Roxann was really kind and sweet Jack is healing nicely thanks to them.

My pet got some grass caught in their eye and the doctor was knowledgeable and patient as they explained what the different treatment options were. They were able to talk about what the most affordable and least traumatic option was for my furry baby. Overall a great experience. She (my pet) is doing great now!

We have used this veterinary emergency clinic several times for foster dogs we foster through ACS, and I truly cannot say enough good things about them. Every single time, they have been kind, compassionate, patient, and incredibly thorough. Having a foster dog in an emergency situation is stressful and emotional, but they always take the time to explain everything they did, what is going on, and what the next steps are. They never make me feel like a bother when I call multiple times throughout the night to check in either. A special thank you to Elizabeth Jordan — she is an absolute sweetheart. She is so reassuring, caring, and keeps me informed every step of the way. You can tell she truly cares about the animals and the people who love them. We had such a great experience at this animal emergency hospital with our kitten. They got us seen right away, and everyone was so kind and caring. The girl at the front desk was especially welcoming and explained all the costs upfront before anything was done, which we really appreciated. They took amazing care of our kitten and made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend!

This place is wonderful. Was the closest place to our house, so we went, and were blown away by the quality of service. Everyone there was super cool, did a great job taking care of our baby Ava, and did so very cheaply. They also accepted Scratchpay. The entire experience here was actually fun, and we had some good laughs with several staff members. Bring your pet here! Period.
