The staff is friendly, welcoming and professional. They treated our dog and cats with kindness and patience. The vets explained everything clearly and answered all my questions.

I have been trying to resolve an issue that has cause a 15 point drop ‼ to my credit score!! imagine-just because they refuse to let me pay the bill they say I owe from 2023 ! I was never aware of said bill, I never called them to see my horse as I have my own Vet I use. and I was living in Me ico full time back then! I have offered to pay this $580.00 Bill and they refuse and say I must pay collectors!! which will show I settled with the coll company and will further affect my credit report! I am just appalled at the difficulty in such a simple issue. fingers crossed I can finally settle this truly stressful issue! I refuse to let Adobe Vets ruin my credit anymore than they have!! Please help! I am going to make an appt with the owner or lastly just have my lawyer deal with thier lawyer. my Gosh what happened to common courtesy and honesty!!I I am truly unsure it's even my bill or my horse that was seen that day long ago! .P.S. bill is for $580.00!!! hope this gets settled soon as I was planning to refinance my home and now I don't qualify due to credit report issues solely due to ADOBE's refusal to help me in anyway!!

My 2 year old dog Zac suddenly started acting out of sorts, at first thinking a jury. He saw another vet that did some lab work, called a week later stating thing looked good, prescribed pain med. Almost overnight his symptoms rapidly progressed to him being in excruciating pain, joint swelling, lethargy, heavy breathing. We scheduled with Dr. Irish at Adobe for the same day. From the minute we walked through the door, o could feel the difference in the amount they cared about Zac and his well being. From the receptionist warm welcome to lot only me, bit to Zac as well, to the kind gentle Vet tech everything was amazing and different then we had ever been treated before. Dr. Irish was kind, gentle and amazing, understanding of Zac scared and restive behavior, and did an exam that made him as comfortable as possible. She listen to everything we had to say as well, making sure not only that she had a full understanding of what was going on at home, but also making sure we fully understood everything happening. Her recommendations for some immediate answer led to Zac being sedated for X-rays, lab work, and biopsies, which happened same day, unlike the other vet who had to schedule either later. Dr. Hans took that survey and just as amazing. Zac is doing better, and we are continuing to work together to confirm a final diagnosis, likely auto immune . They called me three times the day after to see if we had questions. How Zac was doing and confirm he was eating, drinking and taking his meds. Amazing! I wanted to also give a huge shout out to Jody. Who help Zac and I recover from Sedation before leaving. She was gentle, kind, and so helpful and caring. I had a bit of a breakdown because it was hard to see my baby boy like this. She was comforting and caring. Thank you all from the techs to the vets to front desk! I can not be happier to have found our new home for pet care!

Adobe to exemplary care of our corgi from the time we first brought her in until the day she passed at 16 years old. I do not believe Frankie would have lived as long as she did if it were not for the care she received by Dr. Phil and Dr. Greg.
