Kelly at the front desk is an absolute nightmare with a terrible attitude. She blames clients for the clinic's own confusing rules and inaccurate website. This is our second time dealing with their poorly explained protocols.Thankfully, the clinic manager, Ruby, stepped in to clarify the rules and resolve the situation. Because one of our cats was a returning patient, they waived a fee and we got one cat seen. The clinic hides a major trap: afternoon appointments require an additional $35 wellness exam. They restrict certain vaccines to specific times of day, forcing you into this fee. Their website lets you book these vaccines anytime without warning you of the restriction. When I complained about Kelly to Ruby, Kelly whispered, made faces, and claimed the rule was online. When she checked the site, she realized she was wrong and defensively snapped, "I don't know what else I could have done." Being decent would be a start. To be petty at checkout, Kelly ignored us for 10 minutes while we tried to pay. The vet tech had already returned our cat and given aftercare instructions, but Kelly refused to process our payment because the tech hadn't clicked "complete" in the system yet. She is rude, inattentive, and has no business working in a care field.
While I would love to brag about this place, here is the truth. I have been a foster for AAWL for more than five years and have watched them go down hill so badly that I can't work with them anymore. They are turning away health cats and dogs (after scheduling their intake) for reasons that don't exist but for financial reasons, when they are in the business of helping homeless animals. I have sat in the lobby and watched how rude the girls have become with volunteers and the people dropping off pets. I used to marvel at their compassion for pets in their care, now I shudder. Stop donating to AAWL. They are paying their staff, and turning away healthy animals (I have seen it) so they can avoid paying for them. Two thumbs down. Please, no more donations to AAWL. They need to drain this SWAMP and get some ethical, decent leaders on staff.

The staff here is always so friendly and kind. They offer is super affordable services for your pets. It’s always busy on the weekends.
A consistent, high-quality, and compassionate resource for our community.
I have been going to this clinic for years and years with no issues whatsoever. While they are a limited-service clinic, the quality of care they provide is top-tier.
The staff is incredibly friendly and always provides honest, helpful feedback about my pets. One of the best features is their intuitive and organic scheduling system—you can easily book everything online, which is a huge plus.
As a low-cost clinic attached to the Arizona Animal Welfare League, you know your support is going toward a fantastic nonprofit organization. If you are looking for an affordable, reliable, and kind team for your pet's routine wellness needs, this is the place to go. They are proof that "low-cost" doesn't have to mean "low-quality"!
This clinic is insanely small and that would be my only gripe it does get chaotic in there due to the size. We came here for some puppy vaccines/microchip and they got us in fairly quickly; it was really busy since they are only open on Saturdays. They do take your dog/cat back and you aren't able to stay with them during the process, that doesn't bother me and I'm assuming it's due to how small it is; however it's something to be aware of if that would bother you. The prices are the best in town and being open on Saturday was the main reason we chose this place. They are ran by relief vets and volunteers which is awesome that they do this for the community, Overall a great place.
This clinic has not reached the certification score, and we have no accreditation or service records for it yet.
