Read on GoogleMy chonky boi Pretzel had to go to 5 Points Animal Hospital with a fever, labored breathing, and apparent pain. I was in a tough spot financially and wasn't sure how I was going to be able to get him in to see a vet. I saw online that they would see a pet for the first appointment for free, which they did honor, after I spoke with someone on the phone. The gal that I spoke to (I think it was Kelsey?) was super helpful, even calling me back after my first call to rearrange my appointment I had booked online for what I thought was in a couple of hours, in my worry, I had accidentally booked for the following day. She even helped me navigate applying for care credit to get the lab test done that I couldn't have afford otherwise that day. The vet and the tech were both very friendly and patient dispite Pretzel's petrified fear and abundant hissing. We got some antibiotics and a cortisol shot and he perked back up within a couple of days, thankfully. I don't get my critters into the vet very often but when I needed to in an emergency, I was so grateful for their help! I'll be client in the future for sure.
Read on GoogleMy wife made an appointment for one of our cats, took time off work, and showed up on time, just to be told that they tried to call and reschedule her due to the power going out. My wife had zero missed calls from Five points Animal Hospital. They said they would try and work her in, but came out later to tell my wife because this cat wasnt already established with them that they would not be able to take our cat. Nevermind that we have another cat that is established and have never walked out spending less then $300 plus, and we are bringing you more business. You treated my wife like it was her fault! You made the mistake and failed to call her, wasting her time and forcing her to go down the road to another vet. Bad business practices. You dont blame the client for your failures...
Read on GoogleThe veterinarian and the staff were absolutely amazing with my Chihuahua, who is absolutely terrified. They went above and beyond during his examination and answered all my questions that I was worried about. Gave me great advice about how to bring his weight down and miraculously they were able to clip his nails without screaming.! lol This will be our Vet for life. Thank you !!!
Read on GoogleAn episode of naughty trail-mix snarfing landed my grouchy kitty and me at Five Points this morning. I'm pleased to report that Dr. Davey had such a kind bedside manner and really put us BOTH at ease! After seeing many vets over the years, I'm confident Five Points found one of the great ones when they brought him on board. Will definitely schedule check-ups for both of my fur kids with Dr. Davey soon! Thanks, y'all!
