Sherburne Refuge Bulldogs

We have had our Oakley for a couple of years now. She is extremely smart, caring, and loyal. She is a happy, healthy pup who loves to play. She never leaves our side and is amazing with our 3 kiddos. Our neighbors always laugh at our “frenchy cat” that sits and watches out the window everyday, like clockwork 😂 she is definitely one of a kind and we couldn’t have asked for a better pup. This is where I will for sure go if we decide on a second French bulldog! Rosie was great with updates and photos, which makes the waiting game for a pup so much easier and fun!

Rosie loves all of her dogs like family. And when you purchase a puppy from her, you become part of the family! Rosie carefully breeds her pups and then makes herself available to answer questions and help out in any way she can for the rest of their lives. I have a 19 month old English Bulldog from Rosie who is gorgeous and wonderful. I specifically asked for a calm puppy because I have an elderly Lab and Moses was SO laidback as a puppy, people couldn’t believe it. She helped me add the perfect member to our family ❤️

We found Rosie after our first english bulldog had passed away and we were ready to open our home to another. We had done a lot of research and as bully experienced owners, we knew what to look for when researching breeders. Rosie & Sherburne Refuge fit all of those criteria with most importantly focusing on health and happiness of her dogs. We actually got one of her older puppies (7 mos) so I can vouch for how well cared for and loved Mabel was for those first seven months. When we picked Mabel up we also got to experience bulldog heaven and were very impressed by her facilities and the home she creates for her bullies. Rosie deeply cares for each one of her bulldogs while in her care and after - Mabel is an incredibly healthy bulldog and a joyful addition to our family!

We were looking for an english bulldog to join our family. I did a ton of research for breeders in MN and surrounding states. I came across Rosie and spoke with her about a female she had available that had just been born a few days prior. After answering all my questions we put a deposit down and then waited until she could come home. Rosie made sure to keep in contact and sent us photos frequently to update us on the puppy. When we took Jellybean home she had a bit of an upset tummy and we were concerned so I called Rosie and she gave us some ideas on how to make her feel better. She even offered to come pick her up and take her back home to get her feeling better (We were in the middle of a blizzard warning at the time and we live 80 miles from her but she was willing to do whatever it took to make us feel better). A day or so after Jellybean was feeling better and has been the sweetest little bulldog we have ever had. I highly recommend if you are looking for a Bulldog to contact Rosie.

Rosie is as warm and friendly as the dogs she breeds. She puts her whole soul into doing what she loves and it shows. After 2 years we couldn’t be more happy with our Hope and Rosie still continues to help us when questions arise. This is our 3rd bulldog and by far the best!
