Royal Flush Havanese

We had the best experience buying our first ever puppy from Royal Flush! Mosie is such a perfect addition to our family. She is a gorgeous, healthy, sassy (especially with those eyebrows!), sweet, cuddly, girl. She is now 7 months old! Being first time doggy parents we were nervous about giving her the best care possible. Royal Flush has an abundance of information on their website that put those anxious feelings to rest. Any questions I had they happily answered for me in full detail! If anyone I know is looking for a Havanese puppy to add to their family, I will always recommend Royal Flush! There is no doubt that Royal Flush treats their puppies like royalty! We decided on a puppy in January of this year and it was overwhelming to decide which breed. We’ve had yellow labs in the past, and naturally, they were a great addition to the family. But we wanted to try a different breed and be able to take our dog on short travel trips. I stumbled upon Royal Flush which included great information about the care and breed of the Havanese as well as the positive reviews. Well, I was sold and decided to place a deposit on one of Holly’s pups. While we were waiting for a puppy to be available in August 2021, Amanda contacted us and said one may be available for an earlier time frame and she was the color and gender we were looking for. Who knew Havanese come in all shades of colors?! You really can’t go wrong. We picked up our pup (named Mocha) on May 25th and she couldn’t be more precious. We’re working on typical puppy behavior such as nipping/biting and potty training, but so far, with consistency, she’s coming along. I realize it’s up to us to keep her conditioned. I read one negative review about the recommended food. I hope we don’t end up in that situation (since it is expensive) but in looking at the overall reviews, there seem to be no other comments about the food and she’s had no issues with appetite. We will do whatever it takes to keep her health in tact. She truly has brightened up our happy home even more. From the time we committed to a puppy to the pick-up date, the staff and process were so organized. The weekly pics and videos kept us in touch with Mocha on a regular basis and were the highlight of each week for us and our kids as we were anxiously waiting for her pick-up date. They provided much needed information especially for someone not familiar with the breed or with a smaller dog. Their website and my contract are my “go to” for what I need to care for our little Mocha. If we were to consider another Havanese (very likely), we would definitely come back to Royal Flush. As an airline pilot I travel all around the world. That being said, there were no distances or lengths that I wasn’t willing to go to find a responsible and reputable breeder. After much research we decided to visit Royal Flush Havanese. I was beyond impressed with the professionalism and knowledge that we were greeted with from the staff along with the great condition of the puppies! These folks cut no corners and will ensure that you will have nothing short of a perfect experience. As someone who is typically very skeptical, I was hesitant at first with the whole idea. After speaking with the wonderful staff at the Fort Myers location, they managed to answer my plethora of questions and help find a puppy that was perfect for our home. I highly recommend to anyone in the market for a quality breed to check out this place. You will NOT regret it! Quality dogs, and quality people. Worth every penny 100%!

I was very nervous about purchasing a puppy from a breeder. I knew I wanted a Havanese and vetted many breeders. Royal Flush stood out for it's responsiveness to me and the care I felt for their fur babies. From the moment I contacted them, I felt like a joined a family. I asked many questions and received responses often within 24 hours. One day before I was to pick up my pup, the team spent one hour with me answering questions and giving me great important information! The day I met Diego (my pup) I fell in love. Brielle made the drop-off process feel smooth and safe. She was patient as she transition Diego from the Royal Flush family to mine. I am so grateful for their support. Diego received a great bill of health from the vet and is settling in nicely. We love him so much and grateful that he is a part of our family. We are also grateful to be a part of the Royal Flush family.

If I had to rate Royal Flush Havanese on a 1-10 scale, I would give them a 10+++++! We had a bad experience with another breeder and decided to call Royal Flush. We are soooooo glad we did! From day one of our phone call , they have gone over and above our expectations. One you complete the application, they are with you every step of the way. They try to match you will the color(s) and gender that you request. Once you see your puppy, it will be love at first sight! Royal Flush Havanese sends you a picture or video once a week of your puppy so can watch him/her grow. Everyone is so professional and answers any question you may have, most times within a few minutes of an email! We picked up our puppy yesterday. We were greeted with an awesome Go home bag for him which was very nice, thank you! I can’t begin to tell you how impressed we are with our puppies temperament. He is sweet, loving and funny! He had a great night and within 24 hours of him being here, he has made himself right at home. I honestly think he is 90% housebroken already. He loves to eat, cuddle and play between his naps. They provide you with so much amazing information which we have been following. If we ever want another puppy, we will DEFINATELY go back Royal Flush Havanese Fort Myers.
