Puppyland Chandler

We got our puppy from this location. Staff was great. All the dogs were happy and looked healthy. Took our lab for his first vet appointment and had the recommended tests performed and he is very healthy. I’m glad Puppyland chandler requires customers to use hand sanitizer before touching the puppies. Thanks again for providing a great experience.

This place is perfect for people that are looking for a pet but aren’t sure what breed they like! They have a bunch of puppies that you can pet out in the open, and a bunch more in the glass cages that you can ask to play with up to two per day for FREE. I hate places that make you pay to socialize with a puppy, especially when there’s multiple you’re interested in. Rachel and Jaylee were super kind to my wife and I! UPDATE: We bought a puppy here and love him very much!!!

By far the best experience buying a new puppy. I definitely recommend that if you're looking to add a new member to your family, you visit puppyland. You will have many choices to choose from and be able to pet, play and visit the puppy of your choice. Giving you a chance to build a connection. The manager Terry, is absolutely the best, he's professional, funny and very kind. He really made my experience the greatest, especially making sure I was able to take my new baby home. Thank you Terry!! And also I want to thank Rachel, who greeted me when walking in and helping me find the perfect puppy. She's a great team player and was happy to have to chance to work with her. Everything was outstanding and all teams members where very professional and kind. Thank you for everything!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE After purchasing my adorable puppy at Puppyland Chandler, I learned “the puppy is healthy” it’s not! I took my puppy to the vet 3 days after buying, he tested positive with giardia. I was sold a sick dog, and unfortunately most people are at these places. I fell the trap like most of us do when we see their cute little faces! They told me to go to awhatukee hospital to make sure he’s healthy I did and it was already in the system as he has Giardia. So they KNEW he was sick and still sold him. After learning from the vet and my experience now, these pets from puppy mills do come home with giardia or other parasites. And with now immediate experience, I can concur that Giardia is one of the hardest, toughest, annoying parasite to get out! It takes up to 2-8 weeks on top of having to sanitize everything and anything, there comes with a lot of extra $$$. Please be careful and do your research. 🚨If you have other dogs, note that there is potential of exposure to these parasites and they will need preventative health care as well. The digestive parasites: giardia and coccidia, are extremely contagious to children and elders.

Having the heartbreak of putting our 14yr old Corgi down we were soooo sad. Fast forward 3 weeks we found our new addition to our family. Meet Buster~ We can’t say enough about the staff at Puppyland ! Not only super helpful & knowledgeable about their animals but so nice going thru the process of buying our forever puppy. The manager, Hunter was AMAZING! He sent us home with everything we need to give Buster a comfortable start in our home. Can’t thank you guys enough🥰
