From the very beginning, even before we placed a deposit, Sarah was extremely responsive, patient, and generous with her time and knowledge. Her expertise with Cavapoos is unmatched, and she made the entire process feel seamless and reassuring. Sarah truly goes above and beyond. She checked in with us consistently, not only leading up to bringing our puppy home but even months afterward to see how things were going. When we picked up our puppy, she sent us home with everything we needed to get started: five days of food, treats, toys, a collar, a leash, and pages upon pages of incredibly helpful training and scheduling materials. Because we were first on the waitlist, Sarah even welcomed us into her home while the puppies were still young so we could choose, something that speaks volumes about the care, transparency, and love she has for her dogs. Above all, Sarah is just genuinely kind, thoughtful, and deeply committed to the families she works with. And truly, the icing on the cake is our puppy, Frankie. She is absolutely perfect - sweet, confident, incredibly smart, and has the most amazing temperament. Frankie picked up training so quickly and is already essentially potty trained after almost two months with us, which speaks volumes about the foundation Sarah sets before the puppies even go home. She has brought so much joy to our family, and we are constantly amazed by how well-adjusted and loving she is. My Teddy bear brings so much joy! He is happy, healthy, a beautiful mix of independent and snuggly. He is also extremely athletic. Sarah has been an absolute pleasure. She is kind, intuitive, knowledgeable, and helpful. Sarah continues to support as needed even two years after Teddy’s birth. She genuinely cares for her pups.

From the very beginning, Sarah was incredibly communicative and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in a puppy. She walked us through everything, answered all of our questions, and made sure a Cavapoo was the right breed for our lifestyle before we ever committed. Throughout the process, she kept us updated on the litter and shared photos and videos through Google Drive at each milestone, which made the wait so much more exciting. She is truly a wealth of knowledge and was always happy to answer every question we had, no matter how small. We were able to visit the puppies in person to meet them and choose the one that was the best fit for our family. Sarah was incredibly accommodating when scheduling both our visit and pickup. When we brought our puppy home, she provided thorough documentation, including veterinary records, vaccination history, and everything we needed to get started with confidence.
