Poodle Pups With Principal

Frank is wonderful to work with. I talked to him a couple days about a poodle we wanted, and when we came out to get our poodle, Frank was very detailed and put my mind at ease. Every single question I had, Frank had an answer. Frank does a wonderful job with the dogs, and even had our dog crate trained before we got him. Frank loves doing this, and is very knowledgeable about poodles. He also socializes the pups and get them used to other dogs. This was very helpful for us. He is very reliable, and communicative. I will recommend Frank to my friends and family looking for a poodle!!

We just adopted our Moyen poodle, Shelby from Frank and she is the most amazing dog! We’ve been communicating with Frank for over a year, when we initially found out my daughter had allergies … Frank has worked with us tirelessly to find the perfect match for our family! Shelby came to us yesterday at 8 weeks old and is seamlessly napping and sleeping in her crate!!! She has not had one accident in the house and will bark when she has to go out!! You can tell Frank and his family work so hard with these puppies from day one because they are so smart and so sweet!!! She is the perfect mix of playful and cuddly and is learning “sit” and “touch” already in a day!!! She’s also BEAUTIFUL red and apricot with the cutest white markings. Puppy training is not easy, and Frank’s puppies make it sooooo much better. He is also always willing to answer all questions and concerns, travels to meet you with your pup, and even bathed her for us so my daughter has less of a reaction due to his other animals. He gives a health guarantee, shots, and food! We always wanted to adopt a dog, as we fostered this past year, but with a child with allergies, Frank is best breeder around!!! Frank has a passion for poodles. He specializes in toy, mini and some moyen pups that are a beautiful dark red or brown. Even more importantly they are smart and well socialized around his family and other animals (cats mostly). The next time I get a young pup, I'm going to train it to be a support dog, just like many of Frank's other pups. They are so trainable, smart and friendly, they master tasks quickly.

We adopted our moyen (medium) poodle, Priscilla, from Frank about 7 years ago, and it was a wonderful experience. I found Poodle Pups With Principal on Facebook and after some Googling and review-reading, I felt comfortable reaching out. Frank was very communicative and was quite gracious when I drove down from Chicago to visit his place and meet Priscilla before I made my final decision. I wanted an adult dog and at the time she was 6 years old. Honestly, it was love at first sight. When I returned a few weeks later with one of my friends and all of our kids piled in her mini-van, we told the kids we were going apple picking. Little did they know that we were actually going doggie picking and Priscilla was going to be a surprise. Frank was great and played along telling the kids that he had a great dog who could go out into the orchard with us and sniff out the best apples, and introduced them to Priscilla. They just loved her and also got to meet some other puppies Frank was caring for. Frank and I had already agreed beforehand that I would adopt her. After a little while of the kids being all mushy with Priscilla and all the other cuties, Frank says, “Well if you like her that much, you can take her home with you.” And I said, “Sounds good! We’ll take her!” and the kids lost their minds! We’ve been a happy family ever since. Priscilla has been wonderfully behaved, smart, social, cuddly, and just the love of our lives. She’ll be turning 14 this year and when the time eventually comes for her to cross the rainbow bridge, I will certainly be in touch with Frank again as we plan to add another 4-legged member to our family.
