I am so pleased with the dog we received from plum creek retrievers. Our dog continues to be such an added joy to our lives. From the moment we brought her home she has been great with people, children, other dogs and cats. Her happy and loving personality attracts attention wherever we go. I would like to think she gets all that from my amazing training, but I know most comes from careful breeding. Andrew proved to be a thoughtful and responsible breeder.

Andrew does a great job. Awesome dogs with proven bloodlines. It was a pleasure getting set up with a pup through him. At only 4 months I can already tell he is gonna be a great dog in the field, as well as around the house and family. You can really tell the dogs are loved and cared for well before you arrive to pick them up. Andrew is always available for any questions you might have, or updates about the progress of your new retriever! I got my dog (Molly) from Andrew in June of 2020. I told Andrew my intentions were to upland Hunt with her, he said he had a few people upload hunt his dogs and had fairly good luck. We mostly hunt quail here in South East Nebraska. Started her with scents and feathers as soon as I got her. She's a natural, easy to call back in, and knows what she's looking for. She's pulled quail out of the tall grass when they wouldn't fly. Not to mention, she's a great family dog. I have only positive comments towards Andrew and "Plum Creek Retrievers" and hope to have another some day.

Andrew at Plum Creek Retrievers is the real deal! My wife and I live in Lubbock, Tx and were in search of our next gun dog. Of course I could have gotten a pup a lot closer, heck even 2 states closer than him. Here is why I chose PCR and so should you. One of the first things Andrew told me is that the pup I get will be a good one not a wall flower. What he meant by this is if he didn’t think the puppy would fit my hunting needs he wouldn’t sell it to me. He wanted me to have the best, and that made me feel like he actually cared. Andrew is not your typical dog breeder who is mass producing puppies just to make some quick cash, he only breeds top of the line genetics. Andrew took time out of many of his days where he could have been spending it with his family to answer many of our questions and concerns. As soon as the litter was born he called me and let me know. He gave us updates every chance he could, sending pictures and much more to make us feel comfortable all the way leading up to getting our dog. Being roughly 12 hours away we made the long trip up there. When we met Andrew and his family it was like we had met some friends we haven’t seen in a long time. He has state of the art facilities and the animals are well taken care of. He had a puppy packet with everything from shot records, micro chip records, health certificates and so on. Answered any question you would have had. Andrew goes above and beyond to make sure finding your dog will go flawlessly and that it’s a right fit for you.
