Very responsive and compliant with photo and video requests. Good about keeping me updated on Sully and was able to switch around puppies due to my indecisiveness. In the end, I’m super pleased with our pup. He’s incredibly compassionate and smart. The reason for the 4 stars is due to the pick up and delivery fee we had. I’ll leave it at that! Best of luck folks. These pups are well worth it!!
