Paid the deposit and never got our dog. After 2 years of waiting when I asked many times for our deposit back he finally said he’d have to see if his son would lend him money. Needless to say I never saw my deposit or a dog. DO NOT SEND HIM MONEY, you won’t ever get a dog.

Buyer beware. 9 years ago got a great dog. This time has been a disaster. No updates, returned calls. First dog reserved died. Second one was turned over at 2 lbs @ 8 weeks old, no explanation or warning. Pup was severely malnutritioned needing deworming, 2 antibiotics and prebiotic for digestive issues. Now dealing with kidney problems. Says Dwight Vet checked it out but what vet would say a 2 lb malnutritioned dog is healthy? Dont trust at all. Regretting not going elsewhere. Would rate -☆ if available.

At first I wanted to pick my puppy up 4 days before she turned 8 weeks. She was for my sons 7th birthday. He said no since he could lose his license. I was understanding. I asked if I could bring my son to see her for his bday since it’s the only present he’s getting, he said no. I then asked for a photo of our puppy for my son. He told me to go on the website and look at the video and find my dog. I’m sorry but I’m paying $1000 for a puppy for my sons birthday that he won’t be getting on time and u can’t take the time to send me even a photo?! Not to mention we did get the puppy and she smelled so bad even after I gave her a bath. U can tell she hasn’t been held much or had much people contact. I don’t think these pups have ever even seen outside. When she eats she hurries up and tries to eat all her food at once like someone is going to take it from her. AND to top it all off when she took her poop when I got her the first day, 4 inch worms came out with her poop that I literally had to help pull out of her butt. I paid $1000 for a skittish, unhealthy dog for my child. I don’t recommend this to anyone. This is my first full day with her and now I must spend a lot more money at the vet today since she had worms. Not worth my money.

We purchased our 2nd GSP from Mabe recently. A female from one of the summer litters. We had the funds to include the basic training this time around. The basic training was worth the extra money. It has made the transition to having a new puppy around much easier. Libby is doing great and will make another excellent family dog for many years. Thanks again Mike. My dog also died of a blood cancer at 4 years old!! The guys kennel is nasty! My puppy came to me worms and giardia. I spent $$$$$$ trying to save him he was at VCA animal hospital for a week in Aurora but t was obvious he was never going to get better. Do not buy puppy from this dirty disgusting place. Update I talked to two other people that bought puppies from tjis guy and they both died of blood cancer before they were even 3 years old!!
