Lucky Puppies of Idaho LLC

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I figured I’d share my experience since we’ve now had our GSD for a few months. What I appreciated most was that everything was out in the open. We were able to see the breeder information, AKC paperwork, health records, and genetic testing before making a decision. I didn’t even know genetic testing for puppies was a thing, so that was interesting and reassuring to see. The girls helping us during the purchase were very nice and answered all of our questions, but I honestly came away most impressed by the staff caring for the puppies. The girls in scrubs were constantly cleaning, checking on puppies, feeding them, and making sure everything was taken care of. The place was clean every time I was there and it was obvious that a lot of effort goes into keeping the puppies healthy. Now that we’ve had our puppy for several months, I can say he has done great. Healthy, happy, and exactly what we hoped for. I have confirmed by calling my breeder that the breeder infact only has a few dogs he breeds and definitely was a private home without facilities, which prompted me to write this review. It’s refreshing to not feel like a store is selling you something with missing information. I felt like the staff genuinely cared about the animals, and that’s what mattered most to me. I was pleasantly surprised by the the level of care I saw while we were there.

Madisen is incredible! I made an appt to view a puppy and realized I needed him but also needed spousal approval so I waited with Madisen until my husband got off work and found their customer service and standards to be exceptional as well as her background in dog grooming which makes her very knowledgeable in dog breeds. The paper work and health record was all very clear. A bit pricey but for the convenience and insurance / warranty of the dogs health it was worth it. 11/10 I hope Madisen starts her own grooming business someday so she can come reunite with Hugo ☺️

Simply cannot say enough good things about Zack and her team- from the moment we walked in she was so helpful, knowledgeable and truly patient and kind. She made sure to inform us on everything and helped us make the best decision when picking a baby to add to our family. The store is so nice and they do a great job at taking care of their babies and making sure everyone is safe and well cared for. We have adopted this way before, but can honestly say this experience was so much better. If you’re looking to add a new family member, come in and check them out, I know Zack will help just as much as she helped us.

Zack was very helpful with the process of getting my Dacshund! I am happy with how everything went. I also love my new dog!

Jordon was super helpful in getting us a dog. She explained the process well, and the vaccination schedule! It was a great experience. Place was very clean and staff was great!
