Laurie and Joe's Labs

As Laurie and Joe's photographer, I have had the pleasure of photographing several photo sessions showcasing their beautiful labs, the most recent ones featuring Maddie, Dutch, Shiloh, Coco, and Brandie. As a dog owner myself, I can say that Laurie and Joe's puppies are beautiful in all aspects especially having wonderful dispositions and attitudes. In addition, Laurie is professional and always a pleasure to speak with and certainly to work with. I recommend their dogs very highly to anyone looking to expand their family.

I've never gotten a puppy from a breeder that takes as good a care of their dogs as Laurie and Joe's labs. The puppies come nearly potty trained and well socialized and they live in the house with the family. They come with an amazing goody bag for the puppies and Laurie was awesome to work with. We would definitely get another puppy from these breeders thank you guys so much for our new little boy Kingsley 😍

I had the opportunity to work with Laurie this year and I am extremely happy to share my experiences. I met Laurie in a breeder group and she offered to mentor me as a breeder. When my dogs were whelping in the middle of the night, she made herself available to help me virtually. One time a puppy got stuck in the birthing canal and she was able to guide me through this very stressful time. This saved me from taking my dog to the pet emergency hospital. She has prior experience working in the medical field and has a lot of knowledge about general health of not only humans but also canines. Before meeting Laurie, I had never done any temperament testing on my previous litters. Laurie taught me a lot about the benefits of doing it in order to ensure a better match between a puppy and its family. Laurie even records evaluation videos of each puppy for her clients. This makes her breeding program even more special as most breeders would not take the time to do this for their clients. Laurie is always willing to go above and beyond because she sincerely wants to do what is in the best interest of her dogs and clients. If you are interested in a Labrador Retriever, I HIGHLY recommend Laurie and Joe's Labs!! They are very responsible breeders with a big heart! Thank you Laurie from the bottom of my heart for all the knowledge you have shared with me about your breeding practices! Because of you, I feel more confident in my puppy evaluation assessments and know how to troubleshoot some puppy health ailments.

Laurie and Joe's labs are the BEST BREEDERS in N.E.!! I waited 2.5 yrs to get a puppy from them do to I personally wanted a chocolate lab female. To replace my current service dog. We'll mother nature doesn't always cooperate. Lol. The wait was worth it!! Zelda Lu is 5 months old and she's the smartest dog I've owned and I've had 3 before her. Laurie does a great job with her curriculum that exposes the puppies to smells, textures, noises and so much more. The puppies are create trained which makes it a smooth transition for the pups. She sends you home with a goodie bag that includes a stuffed puppy with a heart beat that was a god send. Seeing the pups have left their litter mates and it even smells like their pack As she has them sleep with it. She also includes a life time membership to Baxter and Bella and online school for training dogs you can call, do virtual and also email. I've used them a few times and they are very helpful and informative. There videos and pod cast for training cover everything you could ever imagine. She does evaluations on the pups and gives you a very detailed report. She also gives rebates to training classes of AKC trainers. I've called Laurie many many many times for questions. She's always available and makes the time, which is something you don't always get. Her knowledge is incredible, they love their dogs so much and it shows. They are the best breeders. If your looking for a puppy please do not hesitate to call her. You won't regret it I can guarantee you!! Thank you Laurie and Joe for the gift of Zelda my service dog in training. She will make you both proud grandparents 😉💜

Laurie has been a wonderful resource and mentor through many years. She is always very thoughtful and considerate of her responses to my questions. Laurie selflessly gives her time in the betterment of dogs. I love her breeding morals & ethics. As a breeder myself I even refer clients to her if I’m unable to assist in them finding the perfect pup for their family. I highly encourage anyone looking for a puppy to consider Laurie’s puppies. She goes above and beyond in all training and care of her puppies and adult dogs!
