Lange's RELIC K9'S

Rich came out to reevaluate our 11-month-old Standard Poodle, Mira, who had been showing some nippy tendencies that were becoming a real concern for us. Because of improper socialization before we took ownership of her, Mira has become a dog that’s scared of her own shadow and doesn’t easily warm up to people. What stood out immediately was how quickly she settled with Rich — faster than she ever has with any trainer we’ve worked with before. She’s still timid, but the trust she showed him right away spoke volumes. From the moment he sat down with us in our home, he was honest, real, and straightforward. No gimmicks, no BS — just genuine insight and practical guidance. Rich gave us immediate tools and tasks to start implementing right away so Mira can confidently find her place within our pack. We already feel more hopeful and equipped moving forward, and I’m genuinely excited to see how she grows with the guidance he’s given us. One thing I especially appreciated was the time he took with our kids. He explained Mira’s behaviors in a way they could understand and helped teach them how they can build stronger, healthier relationships with her too. Hands down, Rich made a fantastic impression on our entire family, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing honest, knowledgeable help with their dog.

Rich and Katrina are two of the nicest people around. The dogs they have a extremely well taken care of, have loving personalities and are just all around awesome.
