We honestly didn’t even know what we were looking for when we started searching for a breeder, but once we found IGR, no one else even came close. As first time dog parents, Christine guided us every step of the way and provided countless resources so we felt confident and prepared when we brought Moose home. Even months later, she continues to be an incredible resource whenever we have questions, something I am endlessly grateful for. Her transparency throughout the entire process is rare and very appreciated. I love and respect the holistic lens Christine uses in everything she does. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the wellbeing of her puppies even once they move on the their forever homes. We love our Moose beyond words! His smile is pure joy, everyone who meets him is just as taken as we are. He is such a happy, loving, good boy! We’ve talked about owning other breeds in the past, but honestly, I’m not sure we could ever stray from IGR. Christine’s integrity, dedication, and heart are simply unbeatable.

Christine at IGR is truly everything an ethical breeder should be. She is EXTREMELY transparent and always happy to provide any information you ask for. Whether it’s the health testing on both parents (Hips, Elbows, Eyes & Heart with certifications available to prove it!), the environment she gives the puppies (LOTS of opportunities to build confidence and be an emotionally resilient pup!), the social media updates on your litter, or the guidance she gives throughout the process (almost weekly emails with all the information you could need to care for your pup before you take them home), IGR really stood out to me. You can tell she is extremely passionate about this breed and doing things the right way to better the breed. Our puppy, Pico, basically came home potty trained — I’m learned from my other friends who had puppies that this is basically unheard of. She begins potty training at 3 weeks. Just for that alone, I’d choose Christine over and over! But of course, SO many other reasons too. Genuinely could go on and on about IGR. I HIGHLY recommend! Great experience. My Golden Retriever is gorgeous. Great demeanor too. Christine is a great breeder. Sets you up for success. He was easy to house train due to the fact that Christine has them trained. She is very knowledgeable, and even gives you a ton of knowledge, even has a well put together booklet on some great info like training, proper nutrition and what to look for nutrient wise. She sent us home with a back pack of goodies. Heartbeat puppy, and other toys. She truly cares about her puppies and it shows. She will answer any question even now at 7 months old. I truly feel I couldn't have found a better breeder/person. I highly recommend Christine. You won't find a more compassionate and caring breeder.

I researched 25 breeders within a 12 hour drive from my house. Integrity Golden Retrievers was the first. I had a long list of things I wanted; eye, hip, elbow and heart tests on the parents, the mama dog to live in the house and be pampered, an educated approach to raising the pups. Christine at IGR hit EVERY point! I followed IGR on Facebook and got a detailed understanding for her values and process. I was so impressed! I continued with my research, but no one could compare. Once I spoke with Christine, I knew I had to be a part of the IGR family. Heck, I wanted to be her friend! She’s so interesting, smart and passionate about doing everything in the best way possible. She answered TONS of questions and has loads of patience! As I write this, I have my 14 week old IGR puppy napping on my lap. He’s perfection. I’m so grateful for IGR. I have an amazing puppy and loads of new knowledge about raw diets, supplements and health care. I can’t recommend IGR more.

I can't say enough good things about Christine and IGR. We're first time dog owners and Christine helped us pick the right puppy with this in mind. She has been a phenomenal resource throughout the whole process - from selecting our puppy, offering expertise on training questions, and fielding questions we've had on the health and wellbeing of our dog. Christine really gets her puppies off to a great start over the first 8 weeks, and we couldn't be happier with our new family member, who's now about 8 months old now - he's eager to train, has a wonderful temperament (especially with a new baby in the house), is really good with other dogs, and has been just a great addition to our family. I've recommended IGR to friends and colleagues who have expressed interest in getting a dog, and if/when we get another dog, we'll go back to Christine and IGR.
