I haven’t visited them but I would like them to better screen the vendors that sell through them. Qizicha, has totally ripped me off by sending a product that is so far off from the one delivered. The bag was supposed to be waxed canvas and leather but was cheep nylon and nothing close to pic and description.

I hate to give a bad reviews I like this platform, but the problem is it’s so full of scammers. I have been harassed by a bad hacker on Pintrest for the last 2-3 months. I just don’t understand why Pintrest isn’t on top of this to stop it! I am too afraid to get on there to write a complaint to report the pictures. I don’t wanna click them cause I’m sure they have spyware on some of them! Is too bad because if it wasn’t for that, I really liked Pintrest! But it’s not worth it to get hacked.

38 Makers were at pinterest hq, Saturday November 9th, and through careful and quiet planning, I escaped to a more lifegiving/inspirational environment. A place where creativity abounds. Idea’s flow. Thinking outside the box, is a positive, black & white is the beginning of what is to come, the final product is alive filled with color and creative design! There was printmaking. Artists. Makers. Supporters. Food. Hustle and bustle. Purchases. Life. Conversation. Curiosity. Creativity. Music. Pinterest Swag. Interest ~ and so much more.👍 The only intention was to checkout the ideas and products of these 38 makers, while getting to see Pinterest’s HQ, who knew I’d be served food at the same time?! Not me. But thanks to the pincuisine_sf team, some really yummy food was available too. And I mean really yummy.😋 In fact, the picture of red/white cups came from pincuisine_sf’s IG page, its called Kabocha soup, it was one of my fave’s. Flavorful, thick, hearty and yum! I’m glad and thankful it was a really warm and pleasant day to be in SF and to have been able to support these makers, in their journey. One never knows if that business card they picked up at a makers market will eventually become an ‘exclusive brand’ at Macy’s, Nordstrom, saks fifth avenue, or Bloomingdales!

Went with the wife to 38 Makers faire here and MAN do they know how to throw a party! There were soo many people here! The food was free and the music was tasteful. The venders had really good products and I ended up purchasing a lot of things that I wouldn't normally buy. They even had a free station to make little snowman ornaments! I am a bit jealous about Pinterest employees to be able to work at this wonderful facility. They got it going on. =)

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service on this platform, which seems to be entirely run by bots. As a business owner, my account was suddenly banned for allegedly “violating policy guidelines,” even though all I do is pin my own products and descriptions—none of which break any rules. I received an email saying my account was deactivated, but to view the supposed violation I’m required to log in. Since my account is deactivated, I can’t even access the details or resolve the issue. I have emailed customer support more than 20 times, and every single time I’ve received the same generic, automated response. No one is actually reviewing or addressing the problem. After being a loyal user for over 10 years, this is beyond disappointing. I can no longer recommend Pinterest as a reliable platform for business owners. Their automated system and lack of real customer support are driving away creators who once depended on it.
