Where do I even begin! Nicole from Imperial Poodles was so awesome to work with throughout the entire process of getting my fur baby, Nova, to her furever home. From the very beginning she was extremely informative with frequent updates on Nova’s progress as well as provided a room of advice leading up to pickup. She answered all of my questions as a first time puppy parent and even got in a call to discuss potty and crate training to make sure we were on the same page and I was prepared to keep consistent with her training once home. To take it a step further, Nicole has remained in contact even after Nova came home and continues to share advice to help my pup’s transition. Also, major major thanks to all of the training Imperial Poodles does with their pups puppies which has made socializing and training Nova so much easier. Thank you to Imperial Poodles and Nicole 💜

Nicole was fantastic during the entire process. We love our beautiful puppy. The first thing the vet said to us at our first appointment was that she could tell our puppy was handled extremely well by her breeder. I found Imperial Poodles and I’m so glad that I did. It’s so hard to find a breeder you can actually trust and I knew from the beginning I would be in good hands with Nicole. She loves her pet family and it shows. My puppy was so very well taken care of while in her care. Not only that, but Nicole is knowledgeable, reassuring, and will provide education (if needed) throughout your entire adoption process and beyond! I couldn’t have imagined adopting from anyone else! We had a wonderful experience with Imperial Poodles from start to finish. Communication was excellent. Nicole kept us updated throughout the pregnancy, notified us when the litter was born, and sent photos and videos as the puppies grew. We were even able to visit our baby a couple of times before bringing her home, which meant so much to us. They were knowledgeable, professional, patient, and very accommodating every step of the way. The personal touch truly stood out. We never felt like just another customer. We’re so grateful for the care they showed throughout the entire process. Java is healthy, happy, and clearly well cared for from the very beginning. Highly recommend!

Nicole was an absolute pleasure to work with. This was our first puppy. She made sure we were fully prepared both physically and emotionally. We could tell our puppy was very loved and well trained even for 8/9 weeks old. The supplies listed on her website were extremely helpful in preparing for Levi’s arrival. She answers all of your questions and is available even after your puppy goes to his/her forever home. We also appreciate that she checks in even after Levi came home with us. She is an amazing and caring breeder!! Levi has been a great addition to our family!
