I would highly recommend Happy Paws Mastiffs! We just recently brought home our newest member of our family and couldn’t be more happy with her. We were even able to love on her momma and dad when we picked her up. She has had her first vet appointment since she has been home and the vet was very pleased with how well she was doing and said she looks great. The owner was very nice, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to schedule us picking up our baby.

Highly recommend Happy Paws Mastiffs! The owner was always very nice. Throughout the process our questions were answered in a timely manner. Any time we wanted a picture of our pup he would send it to us. The communication was always very professional. Our pup has always been healthy and at the correct weight he should be at. He behaves so well around our kids and other people. He has always listened well. We couldn't be more happy with him. One thing that stood out to me about the owner of Happy Paws Mastiffs is when we picked him up I asked him what advice do you have for us for our pup? He said "just love him." We will get another English mastiff one day and we will definitely get him or her through Happy Paws Mastiffs!

We are very happy with our 2 Mastiffs that we got from Happy Paws Mastiffs. I was in contact with them for many months making sure we the puppies we got were perfect fit for our family. Our 2 are now about 16 months old and are wonderful dogs.

We recently purchased a fawn English Mastiff puppy from Happy Paws Mastiffs, and unfortunately, our experience raised several concerns that we feel are important to share. While the breeder was initially accommodating—allowing us to visit at 6 weeks for selection and kindly holding our puppy until 10 weeks while we were on vacation—the overall process lacked the professionalism and transparency we expected from a reputable breeder. Key Concerns: Inconsistent Birth Records: We received a video and message on April 13 stating the puppies had "just arrived," yet both the AKC papers and the breeder’s vet listed April 16 as the official birthdate. This discrepancy raises questions about the accuracy of communication and record-keeping. Undisclosed Health Issues: We were never informed that one of the puppies had been diagnosed with Giardia and had an umbilical hernia—issues we only discovered after contacting the breeder’s vet directly. Our own puppy was later confirmed by our vet to have an umbilical hernia, and may have been the one exposed to Giardia. These are significant health issues that should have been disclosed prior to adoption. Litter Size Confusion: We were told the original litter consisted of 10 puppies, with 6 surviving. However, videos we received showed varying numbers (10, then 7, then 6), and the breeder’s vet documented only 5 puppies, with just 4 seen at their office. These inconsistencies raise further concerns about transparency and credibility. Poor Puppy Condition: At our first vet visit, we were told that our puppy was very underweight—just 7 lbs at 10 weeks old. According to our vet, a healthy female English Mastiff at that age should typically weigh between 15–30 lbs. This was alarming and further reinforced our concerns about the puppies' overall care. Condition of Adult Dogs: On both visits, we observed female adult dogs—different ones each time—who appeared severely underweight, with ribs and hip bones clearly visible. This is not the standard of care one would expect from a responsible breeder. While we are grateful that our puppy is now in a safe and loving home, we cannot in good conscience recommend Happy Paws Mastiffs. The lack of transparency, conflicting information, and visible signs of neglect made this a distressing experience. We strongly encourage prospective buyers to do thorough research and proceed with caution Photos are from 6 weeks, barley big enough to fit in your hands. 10 Weeks, pick up day and 14 weeks finally on track and gaining weight.

I’ve had great experiences! They have been amazing and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend. All of the dogs have amazing temperaments. My boy was healthy and your average size mastiff puppy.
