Incredibly an awesome business whose goal is to ensure every child in the world has access to technology to help them realize their dream. I hope to see more business get involved with internships for our young adults and donations to further this well thought out heart driven cause.

My son received a laptop from them a few months ago and the harddrive died after 1 month. It's absolutely impossible to get anyone on the phone because their number goes directly to a voicemail which tells you to put in a support ticket. I put in a support ticket and didn't get a response until 2 months later. I was finally able to make an appointment to drop off the laptop and I was told it would be diagnosed in 2 days. It's been over a week since then and I'm getting no response via emails. This place has horrible customer service and turn around times. I don't recommend using them.
