I have tried repeatedly and through multiple methods to contact a human for support. Each time I am given the runaround and then given the same automated response. Incredibly ridiculous how poorly they treat consumers. I will never use this app again and will be contacting my bank to prevent further charges.

This company operates under misleading fraudulent business practices. You have absolutely no human contact for any issues you have. They dont even offer you extended time to pay for your purchase. I made a purchase through them only to be told by the merchant that the debit card created by four and issued by four was declined. Then I dont get any email or communication from them as to why it was declined. Their chat system is completely AI driven. Even if you type agent it still will take you right back to the robot. I filed a complaint against this company on BBB. Beware consumers

This is the worst app there is. I went on Amazon placed an order and 3 days later still nothing. My order has disappeared and my funds out of my account GONE. No communication no thing but a dam email. Please be prepared to ho on a possibility when ordering. Look at the reviews that’s why they are so low. Worse company ever to do business. I am removing my info and removing this app.

This company was flagged by my bank as fraudulent activity. They charged me on my credit card 5 times in a succession of moments. These guys are criminals, beware! I ordered nothing. I have no idea who they are. I am not a member. No way to talk to them as they hide like cockroaches

They have the worst customer service. I had a fraud case. I emailed them like 20 emails. They never answer , and you have no way to talk To anyone. But they keep trying take out money. Even when I try to pay it declines. Don’t deal with them. , they suck . They also won’t help you in any case
