Doberman Fields

Very proud to work with an AKC Breeder of Merit and AKC Temperment, Canine Good Citizen and Trick dog evaluator! She is happy and willing to present her OFA health testing and uses advanced puppy raising protocols for stable, balanced and well mannered pups. Excellent communication and support for all dogs she produces, for life!

I've raised 6 Doberman puppies over the years. I'm currently raising my 7th and my 1st from Doberman Fields. I can't even begin to express my gratitude for a breeder like Missy Fields and her family. Their love of dogs is unmatched, and when you buy puppy from Doberman Fields you become a member of the family. The level of support and involvement is entirely up to you, her only requirement is that you treat your dog with love and kindness. She does everything humanly possible to ensure healthy, beautiful puppies. Each one is welcomed into the world with love, nurtured in a loving home environment, and given all the tools necessary to start a wonderful life. She cares for only 1 litter at a time, and gives all of her skill and devotion to each puppy. Her dogs are part of her family, and you're welcome to meet both parents. You won't find a better breeder anywhere in the world.

I was fortunate enough to be approved for a Doberman Fields puppy last year, and we could not be more in love with our beautiful girl. The entire process - from application to meet and greet and pick up, even the daily activity in her private Facebook group, missy goes above and beyond to support each one of her pups and their forever families. I am in many Doberman groups and forums and see so many people who are just handed a puppy and left to figure everything out on their own - this couldn’t be further from the case with Missy. I cannot say enough good things about Doberman Fields and if you are lucky enough to be approved for one of her pups - trust that you are in incredible hands, and this dog WILL change your life.

Missy is an amazing breeder with an absolute dedication to the betterment of the breed. She is knowledgeable and shares that knowledge. She makes sure you are part of your puppy's life from conception to "gottcha day" and she will support you for the rest of your puppy's life. Everything an excellent breeder should be. Edited 6/20/25 to add: Added a picture of the now almost 3 year old pup. I could not love this dog more. His temperment is a perfect fit with out family, he's so smart and energetic and well tempered and well balanced. And I was just talking with Missy earlier this week, getting answers to questions, fawning over pictures, sharing infomration on the latest medical information for the breed. She is a breeder who is truly there to support you for life.

I found Doberman Fields about a year ago. I had been looking for a Doberman Breeder that did health testing of their sire and female. I had been looking for some time before I found Missy on the AKC site after inquiring with many breeders because, if you do your research you can't get just any old dobe, you have to get one whose parents have been health tested (well bred). Doberman Fields does it all...eyes, heart, dna, teeth, thyroid, etc., in addition gives you documentation so there are no surprises. Doberman Fields priorities are temperament, health, and confirmation. Confirmation was not necessarily a priority for me because I don't have the time for showing my dobe-son. I'll end on this note, I have a well bred red-rust male Doberman, Doberman Fields Book of Nehemiah AKA Andy, who is true to the breed. He's 1 yrs old today!!!
