I brought home my small standard poodle, Bolito, at 8 weeks old in mid-April 2026—I even flew from Washington state to pick him up—and I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Devin. Devin is an excellent communicator. She consistently shared updates with photos and videos, responded quickly and clearly to all my questions, and was always warm and approachable—I never felt like I was asking anything “dumb.” She’s also a responsible and ethical breeder. Devin was transparent about health and genetic testing, started early potty and crate training, and raised the puppies in an enriched environment with a variety of toys, textures, and sounds. Her temperament testing was incredibly helpful in guiding our decision. What stood out most is how well that foundation carried over once we got home. Within days, Bolito was confident, curious, and adaptable despite the big transition. On his second day home—at just 8 weeks old—he was already playing fetch and bringing a rolling disc back to me. When I set up his crate with the blanket and lamb chop Devin provided, he walked right in and fell asleep. By around 9.5–10 weeks, he had already learned basic commands like sit, down, stay, and crate. He’s easygoing, settles well in his playpen, and is already showing natural behaviors like heeling and checking in with me on walks. It’s clear Devin puts a lot of care and intention into raising her puppies. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a well-bred, thoughtfully raised dog.
