Why Purple Poodles? Purple is my favorite color and poodles are my favorite breed.
My husband and I live about 20 minutes from Omaha Nebraska on a small acreage. Two acres are fenced for the poodles and the other 8 acres has mowed trails for evening walks. Our world pretty much revolves around our poodles. We have no kids so our poodles are our kids. They are all inside house pets. We stay super busy with them with classes like scent work, trick dog, canine good citizen and conformation.
Fast forward to the fall of 2018. I had been working for a groomer as a bather and every time we got a poodle in it was a pleasure to groom them. So it got me thinking… I started doing research on what they were bred for and if they would be a good family/performance dog. I started to look and found our 1st poodle, put a deposit down on her, got her home and guess what we named our first poodle … Rose after our first baby girl.
