All I can say is felt at home from the very first email, the phone calls and text. Sadie Pearl was welcomed by her 3 year old golden retriever Chloe whom they have become fast friends. Sadie is a very independent sweet loving girl and is doing way above what I thought she would be doing. I have recommended Crystal Acres to several people. Joann was amazing during our experience getting our puppy from Crystal Acres Labrador Retrievers. Not only are the puppies absolutely adorable, but the care, attention, and dedication she gives each one truly makes a difference. Joann is incredibly responsive and clearly goes above and beyond to ensure all of her puppies are healthy, happy, and well cared for. She was kind enough to do a FaceTime call with us to show our fur baby’s parents, which meant so much to us. I truly cannot recommend a better breeder than Joann. Beautiful, loving and very smart and trainable. Our kids love Remi and he is so good with them. He is almost 11 months old and is already proving to be a great hunting dog. We love Crystal Acres Labrador Retrievers! We adopted Cooper in March 2026. We are in love with him! He is super intelligent, very handsome, easily trainable, loving, and extremely friendly. Everyone compliments us on how beautiful and well behaved he is. Joann was very communicative and explained everything thoroughly and quickly. She is so nice! We were able to FaceTime with Cooper prior to putting down our deposit. It is obvious that they put so much care and love into raising their pups. In the summer of 2023, we welcomed our first Labrador retriever, Ellie, into our family. She is absolutely beautiful, remarkably intelligent, and was very easy to train. We adore her so much that when her parents, Lori and Max, had a litter in early November 2025, we decided to purchase her sister. Now 2 1/2 years later, Brielle has joined us as our second puppy from Crystal Acres. She is currently 12 weeks old. My experience with Crystal Acres was exceptional. Joann clearly explained the entire process, was responsive, and maintained transparency regarding pricing. I appreciated that there were no hidden fees and no pressure to make a purchase. Joann even answered my questions during weekends and late nights, which went above and beyond my expectations. I live in California. I found the airfare to be reasonably priced, and I was able to pick up my puppy directly at the airport. Overall, I received outstanding service from Joann and Crystal Acres. I am grateful to have found them and highly recommend their services.
