We got Bean (sawyer) about two years ago. He’s the most calm doggy we could’ve asked for. No issues. He was also very potty trained he refused to pee on a pee pad as a puppy and would only potty outside.

I am sharing my experience because I believe prospective puppy owners deserve to know what happened after I purchased my puppy from this breeder. I got my puppy on May 1, 2025. Exactly one week after bringing him home, he was diagnosed with Giardia. During his veterinary evaluation, I was also told that he was underweight and malnourished. The breeder also told me that my puppy’s vaccinations were up to date and provided vaccination documents. However, when we brought him to our veterinarian, we were told that the vaccination records were not signed or stamped by a veterinarian. Because of this, our vet could not consider those records valid or reliably verify that the vaccinations had actually been administered. It was extremely upsetting to discover all of this after bringing my puppy home. We ended up spending a significant amount of money on veterinary visits, testing, treatment, vaccinations, and his overall recovery. More importantly, it was heartbreaking to see such a young puppy go through health problems that early in his life. Based on his condition so soon after we got him, I have serious concerns about the care, nutrition, sanitation, medical care, and overall conditions he received before he came to us. I love my puppy dearly, and I am incredibly grateful that he is now healthy, loved, and properly cared for. However, knowing what I know now, I would not purchase another puppy from this breeder, and I cannot recommend them to others. If you are considering purchasing a puppy here, please do your research. Ask detailed questions about the puppies’ living conditions and medical history. Do not simply take someone’s word that vaccinations are current. Ask for proper veterinary documentation and have the puppy examined by your own veterinarian as soon as possible. I wish I had known more about puppy mills and irresponsible breeding practices before getting my puppy. I am sharing this not because I regret getting him. I would choose him a million times over. I am sharing this because no puppy deserves to begin life malnourished, underweight, and sick, and no family should have to discover these problems only after bringing their puppy home.

I appreciated the patience with our family, puppy updates, & overall customer service from Creekside. The facility was very nice, clean, & large. Our puppy was well taken care of & healthy. We received a clean bill of health from our Veterinarian as well. Creekside gave us our puppy’s shot records, other paperwork, & some needed items such as a leash to get us started inside of a new bag! The only concern I had was not being able to see his parents. However, the parents are posted on the Creekside website, & details about them are in our paperwork. We are happy & recommend Creekside. We love our little guy!! Update: New photos, one year later. Healthy boy! Smaller than we thought, but strong, playful, & full of energy.

My son Jeremiah purchased Liam (new name Oreo) mini bernedoodle for me as my Christmas gift. We received him on 12/5. Alot of breeder provide a small bag of food, papers, a toy and a crate. Creekside only provide papers and food no big deal. He was almost 5 months when we got him. I would like to suggest they keep up with the puppies brushes he was a little matted when he went to get groomed and also if you are not adopting a pup right away to start potty training. This little pup is stubborn and think outside is for play and the indoor training pads is strictly for the bathroom.

My experience with Creekside Puppys was something I regret getting myself into. I had to fly from Puerto Rico to Chicago to get the puppy because I live in the island. We had agreed on a day and time. The time was 8pm for the delivery to the airport, then last minute I get told on the phone that they thought I said 8am wich I clearly didn’t (as proof on the screenshots) and that since it’s out of their time of service I had to pay the total 1,600 upfront. I did not feel comfortable paying all that money without having the puppy because if for some reason they lost contact with me then I would loose a lot of money. I did everything possible to last minute change my flight and make it work for them even tho they had said 8pm was good. As soon as I get the puppy and I put him in my travel crate he’s pooping with blood. It took about 2 weeks to get that resolved with vet visits. I also told them to make sure that his vaccines are up to date. And every time I talked to them I felt like I was a bother. or atleast that’s how the person who I was talking to made me feel. Then when I take the baby to the vet in Puerto Rico I’m told that my vaccine documents aren’t signed or stamped by a veterinarian so it’s not valid for him because it can be faked. I had to put his basic starter vaccines just in case for the Puppys sake. The puppy’s coat is also very coarse not like you’d expect an actual cockapoos hair to be but it’s a mix breed so maybe I just got unlucky. But wow I regret contacting them for a puppy.
