City Data Services, LLC

CDS staff has always been knowledgeable, friendly and responsive whenever I've had a question or needed guidance. Responses to my questions have been immediate and comprehensive, allowing me to submit reports quickly. It's great to call and reach someone right away.

City Data Services staff are responsive, professional and timely. They are attentive to users' experience, and skilled at walking clients who may not be tech savvy through the data reporting process in ways that are helpful and non-shaming. Good folks! Good work!

I have worked with City Data Services, with submitting grants for Federal Funds, on behalf of the Alliance on Aging. Having dealt with multiple websites, all administered by CDS, and working particularly with Steve, who was always at the other end of the phone for answers to my questions, I have respect and admiration for CDS. Once I found a mistake in the programming, and he worked hard to correct it, which happened. I hope they are very successful.

Earlier this year, (2021) I had the opportunity to use CDS's portal to complete a grant application with the City of Cupertino. Using the portal was seamless and straightforward. I appreciated the prompt attention and response from CDS when I had a process question. They were very helpful and professional.

It is a pleasure to work with City Data Services. Ombudsman Services of San Mateo County, Inc has been working with them for many years. This company is very efficient and stream lined and the process is easy to learn and use. When you run into a problem, the staff is there immediately to help, trouble shoot and solve the problem. I highly recommend City Data Services. Bernie Mellott, Executive Director - OSSMC
