Chimera Shih Tzu

Chimera Shih Tzu is the absolute best! I have gotten two of their babies and am totally in love! They spend so much time readying their pups with all the skills to go out into the world and become the best companions. And it doesn't stop when these babies go to their forever homes. They are always available with advice and tips. And the icing on the cake is the yearly reunion where everyone comes together for a day of fun and catching up. I highly recommend them!

Our Shih Tzu of 17 years passed away December 2024. I had been researching several breeders in SW Florida. Stephanie and Allyssa are caring, responsible breeders. Females have only 2 litters or so and are spayed to make wonderful pets for families. Her postings are very thorough on Facebook. The care and concern to match each puppy to an appropriate family are commendable. When you pick up your puppy, Stephanie reviews her detailed information book so new puppy parents get started on the right foot. They are also available with any questions or concerns. We received Rex and this information was very helpful, as we hadn't been puppy parents for 30 years, despite being very well-versed in the breed. We highly recommend Chimera Shih Tzu!

I did a lot of research when trying to find the best Shih Tzu breeders in the United States. I decided on Chimera Shih Tzu. I feel so blessed to have found them. Stephanie and Alyssa are the best! The amount of love and care they put into their puppies is second to none. They give their puppies the best possible start by introducing them to new experiences until they are ready to go home to their new families. They answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had before I brought my puppy home. My puppy had already known to use the pee pads when I brought him home! Five stars just aren't enough for this breeder. We feel so fortunate to have found Stephanie's family when looking for another Shih Tzu breeder. After following her on Facebook for a couple of years, there was no doubt our next Shih Tzu would be a Chimera Shih Tzu. Their puppies are raised in a family atmosphere with lots of love and attention with never ending fun puppy updates for their forever families to view and to feel like they are a part of their early upbringing. The puppies are exposed to so many experiences both in and out of home which make them well rounded and smart! They are also healthy and beautiful, a result of thoughtful breed planning. You would never go wrong choosing a Chimera puppy. We love our little guy!
