1 year ago we got Garrett from Cavaliers by Crumley - we named him Winston!! Winston has been the absolute biggest blessing to our lives. I was on the fence about getting a dog because we do have a busy lifestyle and don’t have a fenced in yard! But he has been such a sweetheart, so easy to train, smart, kind to children & other dogs, has best temperament, and he is so easily adaptable to our lifestyle. He loves chasing beef flavored bubbles, hanging out with our friends & family, pup-cups, swimming at the lake, and even snuggling on the couch watching movies all day too! He is genuinely the best ever & now we want 10 more cavaliers to join our fam! Cavaliers by Crumley started Winston off with training right away. They keep their dog in foster houses so that they can get great care right away. They have a warranty for a year after getting them because they guarantee their health!! They breed on the smaller side which was perfect for me. Calm temperament as well! HIGHLY recommend & is worth every penny!

We got both of our babies from “Cavaliers by Crumley”! Best decision we ever made after doing lots of research. We drove all the way from Nashville TN twice as our puppies are 1 year a part! We were very impressed with their facility and how well they take care of the puppies. Our favorite thing about Cavaliers by Crumley is that the breeding dogs are placed in foster homes and they live with that family, then Upon retirement, they are spayed or neutered and become their foster family's dog, free of charge...forever! How cool is that?!?! The amount of history you have on your puppy’s health is beyond impressive! If you’re wanting to get a cavalier puppy, this is the place to go. Sure you can find them cheaper in other states, but cheaper is not always better when it comes to their health and how they breed this specific breed. Their communication is also a bonus as they will respond to any questions or concerns immediately (even on a Sunday!) I give them 5 stars!!

We truly couldn’t be more thrilled with our sweet Bailey! From the very beginning, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Sarah was an absolute pleasure to work with—kind, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. It was clear in every interaction that both she and Holly are deeply passionate about what they do and genuinely devoted to the well-being of their puppies. That level of care and dedication gave us so much confidence throughout the entire process. Their communication during the waiting period was outstanding. They kept us updated, answered all of our questions promptly, and made us feel completely at ease while we eagerly anticipated bringing Bailey home. That personal touch made such a difference and really set them apart. When we finally visited, we were amazed by the facility—it’s not only beautiful but also thoughtfully designed to be safe, clean, and welcoming for the dogs. You can tell a lot of love and effort has gone into creating such a positive environment for their puppies. We also recently had the chance to use Holly’s Bed & Biscuit Inn, and it exceeded all of our expectations. As first-time pet boarders, we were naturally a bit nervous about leaving Bailey, but those worries quickly disappeared. The staff took such great care of him, and it was obvious he felt comfortable and happy during his stay. It meant the world to us to know that Bailey was not just being watched, but truly cared for and loved while we were away. We are so grateful to have found such a trustworthy and compassionate place for both adopting and boarding. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a wonderful experience from start to finish!

A True Cavaliers by Crumley Experience We are so grateful to Cavaliers by Crumley for providing us with not one, but two incredible additions to our family. Our first Crumley cavalier, a beautiful black and tan girl, came home with us on King Charles’ Coronation Day — a delightful coincidence that we’ll always treasure! She’s brought endless joy into our lives! What truly sets Crumley apart is their impeccable customer service. From the very first inquiry to welcoming us into their family on adoption day, they have always been professional, knowledgeable, and warm. We can always count on them for any questions or concerns. Their support and dedication make the adoption process seamless, and their love for their dogs shines through in everything they do. We loved our first so much, we came back for a second, our sweet, petite blenheim — and we plan to return for a third one day! We highly recommend Crumley for anyone looking for a loving, responsible breeder. Thank you, Cavaliers by Crumley, for bringing so much happiness into our lives and helping us build our family. You are beyond amazing! — The Garpow Family

From the beginning my experience was exactly what you’d expect. I researched breeders for 5 years prior to deciding on Cavaliers by Crumley. We were so happy with our first Cavalier (Tri) that we purchased a second one (Blenheim) the following year. Both females both share the same father Ace in the Hole Both have wonderful personalities, easy to train and very friendly. One very calm and quiet the other full of energy. At the age of 2 the Tri color had her first of 3 surgeries for a luxating patella. At 4 she was diagnosed with hip dysplasia and severe arthritis. By this time her spine was showing signs of a curvature. About 6 months after the 3rd surgery on the knee she developed a cough and was then diagnosed with CHF/MVD grade C. My heart broke because I knew what was to come. She passed away in my arms one month ago at the age of 7. YES only 7 years and 2 months. PLEASE NOTE: back when she had her first surgery I attempted to call Crumleys to notify them and every time was sent to voicemail. I left many messages and not once received a call back. I stopped calling because it wouldn’t make any difference but I felt a responsible breeder would want to know. ALSO NOTE: I spared no expense. We spent well over $19,000 for surgeries, countless medications, special foods, ramps, a stroller, oxygen and what I consider the best Vet care available. 7 years with her was NOT enough. Her sister on the other hand is now 6 years old and fortunately doing well with exception of dry eye. We continue to give her the best care as well. We are very thankful that she is healthy. My vet told us that every issue our Tri had was genetic. As an added note: One week ago we were talking with a neighbor that purchased their cavalier from the Crumleys and their’s has the same heart problems too. I’m not writing this because of the money, I’m NOT looking for a refund or a free puppy. I’m writing an honest review so that others can make an informed decision. Pictures are of our Tri and Blenheim. The last picture is one week prior to our Tri passing away at only 7 years old.
