CastleGuard Cane Corso

I’m originally from India and now settled in the US, and I can confidently say that getting my Cane Corso from Castle Guards was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From their exceptional litter, I received the best puppy I could have ever hoped for. The temperament, health, and quality truly reflect the dedication and standards they uphold. I especially want to express my sincere gratitude to Shauna Demoss. She is one of the most loyal, genuine, and kind-hearted breeders I have ever met. I have interacted with many breeders before, but she is truly special. Her knowledge and deep understanding of the Cane Corso breed are remarkable. It’s clear that she is passionately working to preserve and elevate the breed to the next generation with integrity and responsibility. I truly thank her for the confidence she placed in me as an owner. The dog I brought to India from them is doing exceptionally well. We recently participated in a major dog show, one of the biggest shows in the region, and my dog performed outstandingly and won a prize. That achievement speaks volumes about the quality of their breeding program. Throughout the entire process, she guided me patiently and professionally. Even now, whenever I have questions or need advice, she is always available and ready to help. That level of commitment and support speaks volumes. If you are looking for a high-quality Cane Corso from a breeder who truly cares about the dogs and the families they go to, I highly recommend Castle Guards. Thank you for giving me not just a puppy, but a wonderful lifelong companion.

I adore my CastleGuard puppy! Her name is Soraya. Her temperament is amazing, outgoing, confident, and she is so smart she learns new things training easily. Thank you Shauna! I loved visiting you to pick her up, she slept on my lap all the way home.

This breeding program and her dogs are truly remarkable. Our beautiful male Cane Corso from this line is absolutely perfect! If you’re looking for a good, ethical, kind, and amazing breeder, Castleguard should be your top choice. The owner’s passion and expertise shines through in her impeccable breeding and kennels. I have had the privilege of visiting her property , met her and was lucky enough to get to spend a little time at her kennels , I was definitely beyond impressed.

I bought my dog from Castleguard almost five years ago! He is healthy, intelligent and has an outstanding disposition!!! I would never buy another Cane Corso from any other breeder! Castleguard knows this breed inside and out and take precautions to breeding the best Cane Corsos available! Highly recommended!!!

I’ve owned a CC from Shauna now for 7 years. She’s a wonderful dog and Shauna is a wonderful person and breeder. She cares a whole lot about her dogs, who is affiliated with her dogs (i.e. who she allows to own one), and the future of the breed. The temperament and beauty of the dogs produced is unmatched. I see plenty of reviews bashing how unresponsive she is and I couldn’t disagree more. I’ve reached out plenty of times over the years for information and advice and have never waited more than a couple days for a response. For those complaining that she wouldn’t let them own a dog, that just proves how much she cares about the situation the animals will be in. There are plenty of less reputable and less caring breeders of CC out there. That’s where the stories of aggressive and dangerous CC come from. Those breeders care about money more than the environment and lives their dogs will live. Shauna has plenty of dogs that go to homes where they are trained in various work and titles. My dog is the best dog I’ve ever had and I could only wish she lived as long as we do. You can’t go wrong with a Castelguard dog, but the ownership could be wrong. I’m glad Shauna allowed us to own one of these marvelous dogs, I’m grateful beyond measure. I’ve also personally visited her kennels and they are outstanding. She truly sets a high bar for all other breeders out there!
