I scheduled a very terrible service for my dog here and I’ll begin from the phone call where your disrespectful, unprofessional staff named Liz was rude on the phone while I was trying to schedule an appointment then I take my dog to the groomer and it takes two whole hours to do a service that another groomer did a better job in 45 minutes then after the appointment the feedback was no different then the initial phone call. Take your dog to literally any other groomer or location.

Went for pics with Santa clause. The woman who took theirs was super friendly and went way out of her way to get a good pic for my camera shy dogs. Santa was really nice too. Thanks for a terrific experience.

Went for pictures with Santa. That was nice. Went to the fish section to get a fish to add to my tank. Guy said ok then walked away. I thought he was helping someone else at the register. I waited a long time. I finally gave up and walked out. To my surprise he's next to the door smoking. If he was going on break he should have told me so and not have me waiting forever then smoking outside the door!

I been coming here for over 5 years. Only 2 times I had bad service here. The first time. Is when my dog got nips on her. This time. I was refused service. My Appointment was at 2:49 pm. When I got there at 2: Pm I was told that the groomer I pick was sick. This was not true. Because I didn't pick a groomer. I pick any one. They said they called me. My answering machine was full. Another excuse. They could have gave me a text. Look to me they just didn't want to work on my dog. The lady told me

I love Petco.I was shopping for winter coats for my 2 Staffys. The prices were great for just under 200.00 i got 2 snowsuits,2 fall jackets, 2 pajamas, 3 toys ,a bag of dog cookies. Not only was a happy, my 7 month old pups were overjoyed lol. Thèservice was pleasant our cashier was very nice. Overall it was a wonderful experience at my neighborhood petco. Thank you
