You are matched with your future puppy based on personality and other factors such as house size, family size, kids ages (if any) and the level of active lifestyle. This really helps match the right puppy with the right home. Debby was spot on with our match! The puppies come home to you about 8 weeks after they are born, and have their first round of vaccinations and are microchipped! Debby even started potty training and crate training which was a game changer. I had zero concerns about long term dog health issues due to all the safety precautions taken in the early stages. Her blood line is carefully selected. She answered all our questions on food, grooming, teething, and general training too. She is very responsive on both text, email, and social media. We couldn't imagine the family without our puppy Archie!

We absolutely loved our experience with Brightstar from start to finish. Debby was so accessible and helpful at all steps, even answering our questions after we brought our puppy home. As new pet owners, she was so helpful in teaching us how to care for our puppy. She clearly loves what she does and loves the puppies she raises. Our puppy was the perfect fit for our family. Although Debby now lives in Florida and we are in Chicago, this was absolutely no barrier for her or for us. Our adoption was seemless! We recommend her highly!!
