Wednesday 22April2026 First off, I never leave solicited reviews - I don't trust them. They are like trust - you have to earn them. Bricktown K9 has achieved that in spades. I'm just a regular joe, retired and just had my 70th birthday. It'd had been just over 1 year since I laid my Benji to rest and it was apparent to me I needed to fill that void now. I sent an email to Waltdin inquiring about a pup and was shocked when he called my phone almost immediately. I'm in the middle of renovating my property and have come to expect answers to my emails in hours, if not days! Anyway, after talking with Waltdin I knew this encounter was meant to be. He graciously offered to drive out to me to bring me my new best friend - I was freaking floored! So we set set up a time that worked for both of us, then went about our busy day. I didn't want to breath a word to anyone about the upcoming event as I didn't want to jinx it. I kept reminding myself all day, "if it sounds too good to be true - it usually is". Waltdin was true to his word, he showed up as he said with not only the most gorgeous knockout of my new best friend, but his 2 wonderful children as well. Yes, I judged the kids behaviors and interactions with dad to get a better understanding how of this man treats his animals when no one is watching. It was obvious this man has a great love and respect for his tiny people and his animals as well (I didn't think he was ever going to actually let go of my new pup). I believe there is a direct link with how one treats animals, especially little ones, to how they treat humans and vice versa. I've rambled too long (another reason I do not like to leave reviews). I changed her name from my first one at the request of my oldest brother and adult daughter. I literally made a name up and tested it out on her and she responded to it straight away. Her new name is Myka, pronounced "me-kah". To me it speaks to her heritage and the definition I've given it is :Guardian Angel's Helper. So in closing [finally], I can not say enough positive things about my experience with Bricktown K9. Here's a couple of pics of my new girl!

Super friendly And well educated! He loves to educate you on his pups and their family history so you know what you’re getting before purchasing! He also worked with my family and I on price to make our family’s dream come true! Very honest, honorable family oriented man! What a wonderful experience picking up our newest addition to our pack! Owner Is very Knowledgeable about the breed and you can tell he takes pride in his dogs! Very friendly as well! I’ve met very few well adjusted puppies in the first days coming home! She’s already fitting in like she’s always been here! 10/10! Thank you so much!

Upon bringing my boy home, I could tell these pups are very well socialized and handled from birth until I got to take him home with me. BricktownK9 definitely knows their GSD breed. You will not find a better kennel for GSDs. I would travel anywhere to get another pup from BricktownK9, because they know what they are doing and the quality is exceptional to say the least. They know what they are doing as their dog training skills will show in each pup. Walt is thorough and professional, and his communication is excellent. I got to watch my pup grow from a newborn until the very day I picked him up to take him home. BricktownK9 made sure everyone was comfortable and secure always. I hope they have more litters, I'll be one of the first in line to adopt another puppy. I won't go anywhere else for my Shepherds. BricktownK9 breeds only the best, you won't be disappointed!

Throughout the whole process they were super knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. Waldyn was great at communicating and answering all my questions. Truly made it possible for me to pick out the perfect girl! Puppy came very well socialized and the quality of this pup is unbelievable!
