OFA-verified means we matched a clearance in the OFA public database on a Rottweiler the breeder bred. A breeder without a match may still health test; we only count results we could check. 1 of these listings has an open red flag; each profile shows the evidence and how to dispute it.

What to ask a Rottweiler breeder
Ask for both parents' results for OFA Hips, OFA Elbows, Cardiac Echo, JLPP Testing, Eye CERF. Results should be checkable by OFA or registry number, not a verbal assurance.
Breeder licensing in Arizona
Arizona requires a County kennel permit, issued by the county board of supervisors / county animal control, not by the state if you keep 5 or more breeding dogs (kept in an enclosed controlled area, unless each dog is individually licensed).
No state issues a breed-specific breeder license, and a state license never replaces a USDA license or local zoning.
