OFA-verified means we matched a clearance in the OFA public database on a Poodle the breeder bred. A breeder without a match may still health test; we only count results we could check. 3 of these listings have an open red flag; each profile shows the evidence and how to dispute it.

Common Poodle health concerns
Hip dysplasia, Progressive retinal atrophy, Sebaceous adenitis, Addison's disease. Ask the breeder which of these the parents were screened for, and for results you can check.
Breeder licensing in California
California does not issue a state breeder license, but statutory duties attach if you 3 or more litters or 20 or more dogs (sold, transferred, or given away in the preceding 12 months) in a twelve-month period.
No state issues a breed-specific breeder license, and a state license never replaces a USDA license or local zoning.
